RCS ports sudden failure

On my way to the mun all my RCS ports were working fine (I mount 4, one on each side of the ship). Now that I'm back up in space and trying to redock, only one of the ports is still working. I've checked fuel levels and reloaded the game, still happening. It's throwing off my course and forcing me to use my engines for relative speed adjustment. All the ports say they're enabled and there aren't any failure warnings. Help?

For people to be able to help you, you'll need to provide a little more than that. Screenshots, maybe the savegame? Also a list of mods, if you have installed any.

Moving to Technical Support for modded installs.  (I'm assuming you're running with mods, since your other recent post shows a screenshot with KER installed.  If I'm wrong and you're running unmodded, please mention that and we can move the thread over to tech support for unmodded installs.)

I get this sometimes too, often with my shuttles. Either the front or rear RCS will just completely stop for no apparent reason.. its like the game somehow loses the connection between the port and the fuel.
