Properly scaled for IVA Kerbal models for blender

I am making a capsule with an IVA And i cant figure out how i should space everything without constantly reexporting then putting it in game. does anyone have a blender "Placeholder" that's the exact size of a kerbal for IVA Spacing/design? or at the very least know how wide a kerbal is
