KSP Discord channel?

Is there such a thing, unofficial or otherwise?  I find myself wishing for a more instant form of communication than the forums sometimes as well as a place to just throw ideas around and brainstorm.  If there isn't one I might just make one.

There's also the long-standing ( as in some people have been there for years, probably longer than Discord has been a thing )  official IRC channel; irc.esper.net:6667 #KSPOfficial . There's a bunch of unofficial channels on there for modders also.

That's right. This is easily accessible by clicking on "IRC Chat" at the top of the forum.
