Two bugs

I was at a class e asteroid I captured it with the KLAW, I enabled time warp and the asteroids surface spasmed destroying half my ship, thenan sstv exactly like the duna Sstv, I don't have chattered in stalled. So why did this happen and how do I stop the asteroid from destroying my ship. And why is there an sstv on loop.

The sstv happened once, the asteroid "bucking" its surface is persistent

Sounds like your game has gotten corrupted. Are you running mods?

Yes I have 60 mods (most are quality of life) but is there any way I can stop the asteroids surface from moving and destroying my ship.

Try turning on "unbreakable joints" and "no crash damage" in the cheat menu, before you focus the ship?
