Parachute not working.

For some reason, when I put on a parachute, nothing appears in the staging. When I right click, just the tweakscale menu. If I click on it in the action groups menu, it doesn't show any options. If I launch, not staging. If I right click outside of the VAB, still nothing.

Here's my gigantic page of mods, maybe something is interfering?

Does anybody know whats going on?

From what I've heard other people say, you need real chutes if you are using FAR.

I'll test it with real chutes to see if it works.
