Problems with KSP Interstellar mod

I am currently playing with KSP Interstellar, and I am trying to make SSTOs. However, on my most recent design, which is supposed to be able to get to the Mun or Minmus, the nuclear engine that powers it uses liquid hydrogen, and the efficiency drops drastically. I am fairly certain that this is due to Interstellar, and I would like to get rid of it. The problem is, I don't know what to delete. Every time I think I get rid of it, the irritating part comes back.

I looked and the only crossover was the community resource pack. What exactly does that do? If that is important as a dependency for other mods, like I think it is, then is my problem a different mod? If so, what is it?

CRP allows mods to share common resources, so each one isn't adding the same resources over and over.

Looking at your mod list a bit closer, I would guess that Kerbal Atomics or CryoEngines might be the culprits here, both of those use Liquid Hydrogen as propellants.
