[KSP 1.x] Meter Stick - for many of your measuring needs!

On my journey of learning how to mod, I discovered I needed a way to measure things in-game. I searched for any mod that would do so but was only directed to a dead mod that's no longer downloadable. So I figured I'd put some of my skills to the test and made a simple meter stick. Since I'm highly confident that I'm not the only one with a need to measure sizes, I'll share this with the community.

Introducing the Meter Stick: a simple stack-able part to measure various objects in-game. Mildly glows in the dark for easier night measuring.

I'm releasing this under the Public Domain, this way the Meter Stick can always be accessible.
