KSP: 1.22 PC 

Problem: Cant Repair Objects

Mods Installed: 

 

Reproduction Steps:

I have a space station around minmus a large square battery went out. I sent my 1 star engineer to repair.  He inspects and it says battery has failed. I click replace battery and it remains broken.

I have the exact same thing. A 4-star engineer can't fix anything although he has plenty of spares. The spares are used, but the parts remain broken. I figure maybe KAS/KIS interferes? Although it didn't some months back (I didn't play for a while).
