Multiple Flyby missions

I am planning a mission to Moho. I read at the wikipedia that the MESSENGER missions to Mercury used multiple flybys of Earth and Venus to get close to Mercury.

Is there any mod or plug in to help calculate trajectories for multiple flybys? If nothing else, I would be grateful if  anyone has the math (KSP specific) for calculating these trajectories..
