How to scroll "more info" tooltip?

Hi, when I right-click on an object panel and display its' tooltip in the editor, some have their info cut off with a scroll bar to the side. I've searched on Google and I absolutely haven't got a clue on how to scroll the tooltip up/down. Any idea on how to do so?

It's a little tricky and doesn't always work right. You have to pin the window open before you can scroll it.

To pin it open, you have to right click on it. Then move the mouse. If it closes, open it again and right click on it again. After about 5 to 10 tries, it should stay open.
(that's what the [RMB]: Pin means)

Once you have it pinned open, the mousewheel will work to scroll it -- or your can grab and drag the thumbtrack with the left mouse button, or any of the standard scrollbar techniques.

It should be noted that your mouse needs to hover over the window, else it won't scroll even when pinned.
