How did you break KSP today?

We all know KSP physics decides to take a vacation every now and then, we've all seen it.  And those of us who have been on the forums for a while really love seeing a brand new NaN or Kraken thread with no real content (Including this one!).  And usually the OP says they've seen KSP break, but never like this (again, including this one!).  So I hope we can use this thread in the same vein as "what did you do in KSP today", and post all your memorable "I broke KSP" today posts here.  Just to help keep the clutter down.

So here's my contribution.  I don't remember hearing about this one before, but it can't be new.  Switched from a plane to a dropped buoy, and then back to the plane.  Big boom and ball of fire around the plane, hit f3, and this:

Stopped timewarping kinda in the middle of minmus...

Not terribly interesting, but eh. The parts actually slowly exploded one by one, before KSP woke up and realized "Oh, there is a craft in the middle of minmus"

Used Hyperedit to stress test heat shields. Found that they can tolerate about 7-8 km/s on Kerbin.

I then got bored and tried going even faster. Eventually I got so fast that the game didn't even realize I was in the atmosphere before I exploded 7000m below the surface.

Going slower ("Only" about 20-30 km/s and Ignore Max Temperature) the capsule was forced almost sideways by the air instead of entering with the heat shield facing head-on to the inferno. Um.. okay.

Also kinda got launched out of the universe at NaN m/s once when I quickloaded an Eve landing as it was about to touch down.. because I physwarped and blew up. Apparently quick loading after the chutes have deployed is a really bad idea.

They should default to LFO

Nope...defaults to Liquid Hydrogen (I confess I don't even know what uses that) and I can do Liquid Fuel or Oxidizer, but not LFO.

I think something must have gotten installed wrong...
