Game won't update to version 1.3

So I installed Kerbal Space Program a few moths sago, and it never updated to version 1.3 I've looked all over the internet to find a way to update it but i just can't. I have version 1.2.2 right now and really want to update to version 1.3 How do I update to away with words/ version 1.3?

How did you purchase it? Steam? The KSP website? Elsewhere?

I purchased it from Steam

Then launch the Steam client and it will update the game unless you specifically opted in to a different version on the beta tab.

I didn't opt for a specific beta, it's set to "Opt out of all betas" And in the update section I have it set for always keeping this game up to date. So I don't know why it hasn't updated it's self yet. I don't see any options for forcing an update so how do I do this?

Try switching to any of the previous betas and right after the game is "updated" switch back to the default "Opt out of all betas" option
