KSP crashes when starting

KSP version 1.3.0, downloaded from steam, on windowns 7 32-bit. The game starts but on the loading screen it crashes, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the problem persists. My graphic drivers are all up to date.

You either have to remove/update all of your old mods to versions that are compatible with 1.3 or you have to revert back to KSP version 1.22.

And using a 32bit OS in this day and age is probably also not exactly helpful if you want to use mods.
