[PROTOTYPE][1.3] Costum Engines.

Hello, i am kind of new to modding, and i want to start off by making a tweakable rocket engine. Help is appreaciated, thanks. My current goal(s)

-Adjust the fuel flow of an engine, while at the same time adjusting the thrust. But not having all options pre-made.

Is this possible with stock settings or do i have to make a plugin? Again i would love to get help.

Any suggestions? Again im kind of new, i have played around with the configs of parts alot but i never used ModuleManager, or made a plugin.

You would need a plugin to do that there are 2 plugins for something like that but pretty sure one is for jet engines will try and found the names of them
