The download is a Beta. Actually their only one part which is Horloge Cezium 133 (Atomic Clock). Their a possible bug with the texture and I work on a other texture. Tools and Applications is for things that run outside of ksp. This should be in add-on releases or add-on development depending on how much work still needs to be done.
