MechJeb Installation Problems

Whenever I Try to download Mechjeb The insallation is fine, but when i actually launch the game it tells me it's in improper order and looks like this

GameData>MechJeb2>Plugins>Mechjeb2.ddl 

And tells me to not move around files even tho i just downloaded it... Help?

Mods in KSP must be inside the GameData folder. Always. But different people still package their downloads differently.

Some simply ship a ModName folder in their zip archive, expecting you to know where to put it.
Some ship a GameData/ModName folder structure, expecting that it would help you figure out where to put it.
Some even ship a SomeFolder/GameData/ModName configuration, where SomeFolder can sometimes look very similar to ModName.

So if all you do is open a download, grab the first folder you see, and move it to your GameData directory, this will not always work. In some cases it works, but in others, you might end up with something like .../GameData/GameData/ModName and get an error.

Check the folder structure inside the archive you downloaded and make sure you extract only what you need.
