Looking for a Mod like Crew Manifest for placing Kerbals into Seats.

Hello, most of you know it is annoying to build a rover that is made to be driven by a kerbal in a seat and then have to build something else with a command pod to get the kerbals from.

It would be great if someone could make a mod (or maybe there is one already and i couldnt find it) that placed kerbals into the seats on demand like crew manifest does with the command modules.

Seats are EVA-based, from what I've heard it's near impossible.

You'd have to fetch the seat, force EVA on the Kerbal in question, and then make the new Kerbal vessel enter the seat. From what I can tell, it's probably possible, but it needs a lot of dedicated code just for this. Which makes it one hell of a lot more inefficient than using a pod.

Weren't seats supposed to be using the docking mechanism? If that's the case then I believe there are already a couple of auto-dock plugins.
