really important!!! build a space gulag :D i have done it and then just send kerbals into work or just send them to die in vaccum and u will be get hero of soviet union for inventing space gulags xD

In addition to those listed.

  • Suicide burn landing on the body of your choice (probably by accident, but occasionally on purpose), follow by a loud "Phew" or reaching for the F9 key
  • Massively underestimating the fuel/Delta-V/required of your latest mission and either sending a rescue vehicle, or quietly leaving your brave explorers to a lonely fate
  • Starting a burn on a vehicle with numerous probe cores and capsules, only to realise that one that's pointing backwards is the one currently selected as "control from here" and you've been burning the wrong way
  • Reverting to the VAB because you've realised that the carefully constructed creation that you put on the pad, has staging that makes absolutely no sense

Blindly accept a contract for a solar rescue, then figuring out it's a retro solar rescue.

And you only have T2 parts...

Build a mining and refining base on a moon/planet, and make a tanker for bringing that fuel home.

Build an SSTO

Build an SSTO carrying useful cargo to orbit

Build a SSTO that can load and unload cargo without going in the VAB/SPH (ie, it can do it on laythe)

return from Eve

Build a Single tylo lander+ascent vehicle 

Build a submarine on Kerbin

Send a submarine to laythe

Fly under a mun arch starting from orbit and not landing

Poke the face on Duna with a flag.

Restart a new career in the next update

Reinstall 50+ mods in the next update 

Make stupid rocket/planes/rovers just to harvest science from Kerbin

It seems to me that after your first mission to land on Mun, the next logical step would be to launch a second mission to Mun with a Mk1-2 Command Pod to rescue the Kerbal you stranded there after the crash landing during that first attempt to land on the Mun.

Launch a probe to Duna, then launch another one because you realise you forgot to put solar panels of the first probe.
