Perfect orbit

A rather easy challenge, make an (almost) perfect circular orbit. i left the rcs fuel on with sas on, on a warp 10x or something and lost the ability to reduce this:

my best try was between 117087m and 117057m

You see those 30 meters? reduce that to around ten for the challenge. validated by screenie.

How do you get it so precise, I had a try, but even a tap of the RCS would send me about 500m off? At least I broke my own record.
