Jet Helicopter

One of my ides was that I would make a X-15 Rocket plane. Due to the bad blueprints I decided to make something of my own. So this is one of my ideas. I am also making a big transport helicopter.

Small Jet-Lift Helicopoter.

The idea is to put a jet engine ( rocket engine ) below to lift it.

Still in development (texturing and programming)

Looks beast. I would advise multiple jet ports for added stability though.

So like a VTOL Dropship, I like it.

Theres a mod somewhere that give you directional RCS thrusters, I shall look for it.

Multiple ports are necessarily. Maybe even two small in the front and two small at the back.

I hope this thing will fly soon (crash probably!). :-[

One more Question. What do you think about a bit darker color?

The bigger helicopter will be more like a Dropship. Its main purpose will be to drop cargo as safely as posible (optional)

i think that design would look good in matte black. if you build a bigger one, keep generaly the same shape, but add blow off side doors so you can mount stuff on the inside and deploy.

I just did a render with pure matte black color but it doesn\'t look so good.

about the same shape. It would look like a whale or a large shark. Maybe I will make another one like this

Your right. Matte black makes it look to shiny and oily. It needs to look gritty
