Kraken (?) attack on Munar Space Station

I noticed strange phantom forces on my Valkyrie Science Station around the Mun while trying to dock with my Einherjar Munar Lander. It "drifts" away from my Lander with several m/s (I don't know how much exactly but it definitly more than ~50m/s). As soon as I approach it and the distance is under 3km the Station starts to drift away. Switching to the Valkyrie shows that it moves slowly out of the camera view for a view seconds.

I placed this station with HyperEdit into a 175km orbit as my old station blew up in an incident (let's just say Jeb was a .....little bit to fast while trying to dock with it ). There is currently a Crew Carrier docked to the station.

Is there any solution to this problem? Savefile editing? A mod? Would be a shame to destroy the Valkyrie

Edit: The mods are all updated and my PC shouldn't be the problem either.
