.90 symmerty

.90 symmetry is out of control. It sucks itself into radial mode and you cant choose mirror. I have tested faitly thoroughly

You should be able to use R to switch to Mirror symmetry mode. If it is reverting back to radial, the most likely cause is that you're trying to build onto something that was originally placed with radial symmetry; it will always match the symmetry mode of the part you're attaching things to, and it has always done that.
