  1. I was planning to add some updates yesterday but I didn't realize how much a challenge this course was. It's not an easy one, my finger hurts and my hand is cramping. I've done many restarts because my Buggy isn't handling the landings after a jump very well. The jumps are nice and level but the bounce is too much. Overall this is a little embarrassing not to make it to the First Stage yet after so many attempts but yet so much fun. I'm catching a lot of air on those jumps and the course is a lot of fun so I'll be continuing the race. On another note, I've been changing the Buggy's Design so that it can rollover and right itself up after a small roll and that worked.....once..haha. I've tried adding some landing gear to help roll it over when it's upside down but these little tweaks in the design are not really paying off, their too time consuming in a race and often they were getting destroyed. Also it may be better to have a wider Vehicle because we know wider is better.....in the RL but this could sacrifice the looks. Whatever works is the best design to go with. In all this...... and my Buggy is struggling Here's a tip, I am taking my start photo at 25 seconds. This is giving me enough time to launch and stop at the starting line then go at 25 sec. This is keeping me from taking so many photos for my start photo and keeping things honest. The photo is also showing the roll cage design tweaks I added recently. The curved cage has worked a few times and now I will see if these landing gear work if the time comes around to try them.
  2. Going for a test run in my Dakar 7 Dune Buggy in Honor of @Triop I'll send updates later this evening. DAKAR 7 Dune Buggy
  3. Kerbol Explorer One Update: 01.04.2020 The Grand Plan is to have Kerbol Explorer One travel the Kerbol System with two Shuttles with the ability to land on most Planets and Moons and capable of refueling themselves. My testing is first being done on Minmus, next will be landing on the Mun. Not sure which Engine combos will work best, still lots of testing to be done and possible Craft design changes. I'm not sure how my Shuttle Bays got flipped but I was still able to get them out for more testing. Many landing attempts proved to be very damaging....lol. I am testing the drills now on the Shuttles. Fuel is very limited, here I ran out at the last seconds when landing. This is an example of how the Shuttle Bays should have been This is what it looked like with the launcher before a few design changes
  4. I'm guessing it's like writing a hit song, you just don't know which one is going to be so popular
  5. Here is a confirmation photo of the Kayak River for @TheFlyingKerman
  6. I launched off the left side of the runway on the turf. Set my course at 45 degrees flew over land and headed for the highest Mountains. Here you will find what I am calling "Dead End River" Again I left in the day and got there at night. I remembered seeing a place like this during a challenge and I decided to get a closer look. 7. Learn a video editor in a day? With Magix you almost can. I own many of their products and they are user friendly.

  9. Space Dock Azimuth Update: 12.19.19 I visited this old project again and was able to get an adapter added to the Station. As somewhat simple as it may seem this took nearly 2 hours to dock this section. The reason for that amount of time is the lack of control. I have to add control to the loads that SpaceTech hauls to help with docking. In this case the controls were added but not working for some reason. I checked to be sure that fuel was getting to them but still no go. Another extremely hard task is the docking of the Adapter itself, the connection is very sensitive, with the slightest bump the craft bounce away from each other. I believe this is the two large amounts of weight hitting together at a very flimsy point of contact. I had to get the two touching then release the Adapter, back away from it and allow the magnetism to complete the docking.
  10. The Boots will crush the Lego Block?? These Boots beat those Boots?
  11. That's 607 on the part count. l like that swivel engine idea, thank you!
  12. I took this ole Flying Garbage Truck out for a spin in 1.8.1 and she still flies. I may update it one day, it's a really old build.
  13. I went scouting around ENE and arrived at the second Continent and got a nice night view of some mountains. Nothing spectacular but I was able to test my Mini-F14. It's holding up well in 1.8.1 with full warp and full fuel tanks. If you decide to download the craft, I'm not sure how well takeoff will be. I used Vessel Mover to start near the end of the runway. It looks like it could be another J.U.M.P.E.R.S. location. Night was not planed, I left in the daylight This is not an actual Landmark for this challenge but I did find one I am calling "Mount Keverest" in the same area. You can find it here "Mount Keverest" More Views of the Area and the trip there
  14. This Space Station will go to all the Planets. Station MK9 https://kerbalx.com/Castille7/Station-MK9
  15. Step aside Wario....Mario coming through!!!
  16. SECTOR 7 SPACE LABORATORIES Update: 12-3-19 MUN AND BACK MK3-1 S7 This somewhat Apollo Style Craft will get you to the Mun and Back to Kerbin (Lander only showing here). This is my first of it's kind that I build and soon to release. After a few years of playing KSP I can't believe it's been this long before having a chance to do this. After lots of build changes, lots of testing and also brought back from the back burners after months I am nearing completion. A few more test and filming to be done. This craft may also come with scanning abilities, that's still up in the air at the moment.
