  1. Can not delete Maneuver Node (Control Locked) It's been a while since I've done any space travel and decided to try some old craft builds because I found the new version 1.31. is running many older craft from other versions. While testing an old craft I came across this message when trying to delete a Maneuver Node. Can someone tell me what button I may have pressed to Control Lock this Node or how to Unlock this Maneuver Node? Here is what it looks like on the screen
  2. Unlocking Maneuver Node

I've made a really good habit not to forget the Kerbals, it's in my auto signature not to forget the Kerbals because I've forgotten so many times in the pass........so I did have a pilot onboard this time.
  3. Unlocking Maneuver Node

I just noticed this at the same time you posted, thank you for the help this is exactly what was happening. I extended the antennas and now back on the mission.
  4. What did you do in KSP today?

"The Mun Fly Goes To Duna" The Mun Fly is an old craft of mine that I decided to take for a trip. While playing this new version 1.3.1 I noticed older version craft are doing well in the new one. Because this craft had so much attention on Kerbalx I decided to spend sometime with it and went to Duna. I landed with minor damages and zero fuel, I may tweak it and do another release of the craft at a later date. If you try it you will find the staging is a little awkward but it's working well, this may be tweaked also.

  11. K&S Kayak Racing

K&S Technologies Group Kayak Racing This project started with a little Kayak I once built and it then bloomed into a Kayak Race. At first the craft was only a cool little show piece without any intentions of a rowing mechanism and we thought about making one for it. At first the rowing mechanism was tweaked and fitted to look and row nicely. Then the idea of racing came along with the creations that were needed for filming. We both hope everyone enjoys this Kayak Racing Project as much as we enjoyed putting it together. Once again a huge thanks to @klond for his inspiration with the KSP Engineering that gives me the motivation to push these projects to their limits. The Making of K&S Kayak Racing Operations: K&S Kayak Drive the Kayak to the water by holding down your W key for forward and A&D Keys for steering, hitting water near 20 m/s. Engage SAS when you are in the water. EVA a Kerbal and mount into the seat if desired. Pressing Space Bar will remove wheels and Capsule. Apply Full Throttle Press Space Bar and allow Kayak to reach 2.0 m/s Switch to the Oar's, press and hold Q to Row. K&S Dueling Kayak's Drive the Kayaks to the water by holding down your W key for forward and A&D Keys for steering, hitting water near 20 m/s. EVA Kerbals and mount into the seats if desired. Pressing Space Bar will remove wheels and Capsule. Apply Full Throttle and press Space Bar and allow Kayaks to travel near 2.0 m/s Switch to first Kayak by switching Left. Press and hold Q then Switch Left Press and hold Q to Row second Kayak Kayaks will continue to paddle on their own. Switch back to the craft by switching Right twice, steering with A&D K&S Kayak Craft File: K&S Kayak Parts: 108 Mass: 4.185t Height: 3.4m Width: 6.6m Length: 12.3m K&S Dueling Kayaks Craft File: K&S Dueling Kayaks Parts: 362 Mass: 9.494t Height: 4.3m Width: 15.7m Length: 16.7m
  12. K&S Kayak Racing

Thanks man, this is one of those whatever it takes to get it done! Klond's creativity with the row machine, I added the Juno for some cheat methods
  13. I am still not in the air yet myself with a Turbo but from the looks of it I would reduce the weight starting with the fuel, your lift looks like you have plenty. If still no luck try replacing the cockpit frame with a lighter idea, those beams are a little heavy too.
  14. tank with tracks - the rebuild

I started a new JOB and didn't notice you got a TOTM! Congratulation man!!
  15. Work-in-Progress [WIP] Design Thread

Here's an SSTO I've been working on and tested recently. I just made an Orbit of 104 m and returned to KSC. I am using only the R.A.P.I.E.R.'s at takeoff and switching over to the Atomic Motors to complete Orbit. Making Re-entry with very little fuel and handling fairly well during landing. The wide body of Nova7 is allowing really nice Aerobraking. Nova7
  16. (and then make it an ssto!) Would this be asking a Prop to pull on Air in Space?

Na! @Azimech leaves a few of us behind, sometimes I wonder if he has a day job!

  21. Some ideas for KSP 2

I think "Kerbal Construction" would work for another Squad release. We already have better parts than Minecraft , Add weather conditions and challenges for Skyscrapers and Bridges...etc. Please PM me for my mailing address for that Royalty Check when this takes off
