what versions of RO (RP-0?) and RT do you use?
Newest of both (it should be, will confirm in about 6 hours).

Howdy.
So, if this isn't a known problem I will file a bug report later. Anyway, the problem is that in my RO install I have line of sight with my ground station, have EC, anything needed really. I can even turn the craft with RCS and such but when it comes to staging the flight computer says that there is no connection.

I need help. When I right click on a procedural part It will not let me change color/shape of the part, and The curve types. I know you can do this because I've seen a mod review where is the reviewer does this. (See below) I would appreciate it if you could help me.

one question. how do I make the docking ports stronger (magnetic)? I tried almost 5 times to dock with a relative velocity of 0.1m/s and with the help of the smart ASAS of mechjeb and although it looks like a perfect aproach the docking ports just seem to bump each other.
All I want to do is make the ports just a little bit stronger
I dont know if it works, but try Tweakable Everything, that mod should give you an option to make the docking ports stronger

So I absolutely have been loving RO for around a year now. I am now thinking of a large constellation type Mars mission. I started to wonder: could there perhaps be a realistic part which would be used to cool down Liquid H2 so it would not boil away?

I just wanted to ask, that are AIES and NP engines absolutely broken for Realism Overhaul at this point or do they work?

Do me a favor, don't uninstall anything. Test things again and give me a slightly more detailed and accurate idea of what YOU see. Activate the engine, make sure the gimbal is turned on, (if you right click the part, there should be two "lock gimbal" buttons). Try and change attitude, the rocket should change attitude, the exhaust animation won't move, the engine itself will, but the rocket will change attitude.
Hmmm...I only have 1 gimbal button. The rocket bell moves, the exhaust animation stays in place and the rocket will NOT change attitude.

@RedAV8R: I dont have those mods you named. I will now just start deinstalling mods, that could do anything to RealEngines. I will see, what I'll find out.

@RedAV8R yeah, I am really sorry! I meant to attach the log, but got into a hurry in real life and forgot to attach it. The J2 is the one from NovaPunch, if that still helps.

@BadRocketsCo.: What are you doing wrong? You aren't providing enough detail besides "J-2 No gimbal".
I'm not going to go searching through over a hundred thousand lines of code to try and figure out exactly what you want.
Follow the directions in the OP. Then I'll try and help.

Hey, I seem to have a problem, that the J2 engines do not gimbal. The gimbal animation is there, but the rocket stays in one place. The J2 gimbals in real life, so it is not realistic as well. What am I doing wrong?

As for KSP i wonder does i can use Modular Girder Segment and Sepratron I as for breaking in landing on Mars, oh i mean Duna in KSP:-), i want use it to land, possibly but other hand i didn't want to be to much powerful, because it can send my into suborbital flight on Duna, i hope moderators don't be mad at me for putting it here, but i don't want to open another thread
I think there was even a mod for the landing bags out there
