  1. I am doing something wrong. I just tried welding a few parts and got no errors, but the part never showed up in the tech tree. I am using Interstellar, but I closed and reloaded but to no avail. Should I terminate the process instead of backing out and closing?
  2. Spaceport is now Curse. It hasn't been loaded on Curse yet. I was hoping someone had a link on github or dropbox that we could use until Diazo has time to upload it to Curse.
  3. So before I actually create a mission to test this theory, It looks like: 1. Kethane produces oxidizer, not LOX. 2. You have to use the same tank to hold both kethane and fuel if you don't get fuel lines till later in the tech tree. Is that correct?
  4. Blizzy, I love your Achievement mod. It is awesome! But I have had to uninstall it. I think it was conflicting with another mod. About 1 in 3 times after I had landed/crashed KSP would refuse to change screens. The recover will drop down or the menu would pop up but no matter how many times I click, I can't get out of my mission. Have to restart. I am using a lot of mods, but I was wondering if you have seen this problem before? I would be glad to help you trouble shoot it if you have the time. Whichever mod is causing it is going to get booted in favor of Achievements. Thanks!

Now that this set is practically completed, you should turn your attention (if you have any strength left) to Sci-Fi parts like 2001, Alien, Flash Gordon, UFO, Space 1999, etc...   6. Can someone point me to the best way to have my latest save on the internet where I could pick up where I left off on either my laptop or desktop. Dropbox maybe or is there a better way? BONUS: Is there a good way to keep all my mod configurations the same on the laptop and desktop. Any ideas would be appreciated. ANSWERED: GOOGLE DRIVE!! YAY!

  8. REQUEST for a part. This is kinda toungue in cheek and I dunno if this even counts as a part, but can you do a full up, Apollo style bulky, lunar space suit for a Kerbal? Complete with the gold visor, backpack (and maybe even the chest mounted camera)? I would love to see Jeb get out of the LEM in a suit like that and take his first steps on the Mun. No worries if suits aren't your cup of tea. FASA is really an inspiring mod. You've done a great job with it.
  9. I can see where this would be really fun. I can just imagine my mission control (a theater room full of teens) and my 12 year old at the IVA helm in his room. What could go wrong? Especially, lets say, on a mission to the moon. Have an orbital map and a couple bolt on camera shots on the projector screen. Several laptops... Yeah that would be awesome. If I can get it together I will snap some shots for you. I don't think I would say "failure is not an option" though. Great idea my friend!
  10. Magico, I have a big request of KCT. Can you add the ability to edit your projects in work to, lets say, add new science experiments unlocked from the last mission? I imagine it would be hard, if not next to impossible, but I thought I'd ask...

  12. Ah, I didn't know that Nathan. I thought it loaded the entire gamedata folder into memory, compressed. Nice to know the real story.
  13. rbray89, I love you man!!! With your mod I just passed the 2 gigabyte mark in the size of my GameData folder. You get my vote for the best KSP modder of the year. And there are so many incredibly awesome modders out there already. But because of you I can now use practically all their mods at the same time. Keep up the great work! XOXOXO PS - How big are the GameData folders of you other Kerbalnauts? I wanted to get an idea of what can be done with this amazing mod.
  14. How hard would it be to make the fairings transparent in the VAB? Or is that already possible?
  15. I have been having what I think is a conflict between mods. When I finish a mission and collect the payout, I go to recover my vessel and I can't. I click the button, but no go. I have to save, close KSP and reload the save. It doesn't do it every time just enough to be annoying. What would you suggest I look for in the log file to figure out what is causing this? I think it may be MCE or Achievements. I love them both, I hope I can figure this out.
  16. Excellent work Medieval Nerd! A couple of suggestions if I may: On the probes with large amounts of electric charge, can you reduce them to say 100 and reduce the probe charge use rate by the same factor to simulate the real probe's longevity. I am tempted to use those probes as batteries... Can't seem to find the MultiSpectral Scanner for the mapping satellite. Where do you have that bugger hidden? I love the Soviet Engines. They are AWESOME. May I suggest that you spread them over the large booster tech tree. I find myself using them for everything too early. I had to go in and edit the mod to use them in the tech tree to begin with. If you like, I can send you my settings from the stock tree.
  17. Awwggghhh!! I was playing my game, lovin' this tech tree and today when I loaded my save, the tech tree went horizontal and was back to the stock tree. Several tech's were still checked green, but it was the stock tree. Can you give me some quick advice as to which file setting I need to change? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

  19. I posted this in addon requests but I wanted to ask Nathan. I figure you know exactly how hard it would be to I've been playing RSS and love it. How hard would it be to create a mod that randomly does the following: 1 rearranges the planets and moons with randomized names and orbits. 2 alters gravities. 3 alters planet/moon size. 4 alters atmosphere heights and densities. 5 alters low and high altitudes. 6 Randomized biomes on each new planet (already a mod) w/mapping support. I've found it adds a huge amount of fun discovering all these features with probes instead of just looking them up in a wiki. I don't know how hard it would be to implement any/all of these features but it would be wonderful if the mods are not too difficult.
