  1. Thanks for the Info, cool. Did anyone suggest to integrate it into the regular game; sounds and Looks like a really cool enhancement.
  2. Hey Rune, finally i got the time to get back into KSP, so I try to construct my own kind of Deep Space Ship, and i wanted to rebuild your Heat Shield. But, omg that is ****ing annoying with the Rotation and Placement and symetry, how did you get your to work that well? i get frustrated now after one hour of non working tries to place the Panels in a nice order.
  3. I managed to create my very first SSTO, it is heavy and has quite some problems at taking off, but as soon as it gets to 200m/s it flys quite well. Also as soon as it is in orbit it eats Oxidizer as hell.
  4. I like it, it really Looks like it could be a real spaceship for space travel. But is it really completely absolutly stock parts? If so then i will get it and try it out, maybe modify it for my own Inspiration, ist awesome .

Yeah I know this problem, of parts not willing to attach correct, because of some strange background clipping calculations, but I didn't know there is such a simple solution;.; I will give it a try this evening, i'm currently building a tanker and a Duna mission, also for some docking practice, but wow that is really exhausting.
  8. I like the base to rework the actiongroups. While the staging works fine for me, in ist current design. More than diretly reworking the actiongroups I really would like to see more the ability to controll like the limiter of the engines per Action Group so it gives the ability to create flight Modi.

Ok that "Feature" of clipping disabling was new to me, so no then it is not cheated, but extremly cool and mindblowing I mean These last stage engines, with the simple Jet engine and the advanced engine at the same spot. I'm using your ship as design reference my own massive rocket currently, it only lacks a little power for orbinting without carrying extra fuel for that.
  10. This was my first downloaded craft ever, I wanted to get into how to construct this kind of spaceship that can carry a real payload. It is a cool lifter, but when taking it apart, to find a way get my own ideas into better function, I had to see the parts, are somehow cheated into their Position, how? 2 engines at the same position, is that really stock?

I have a serious question for any Squad member: Unity is not going to be 64bit in the forseeable future, and from my own experience with Unity the memory usage, is a pain in the ass; can we excpect some kind of multithreading or updated garbage collector for improved rocket buidling performance, not in 0.24 but in one of the following updates? The Unity API itself is blocking any mutlithreading so everything would have to be made new in C#. I know that is nothing of the funny things with the engine. Currently my System struggles to handle anything larger than 400 parts. So some shown rockets with 2.6k parts really make me wonder what I do wrong. Also I believe that beginning with the MP is a good thing, because it is a bit like Minecraft, for you alone it is nice, but playing together with friends makes the gaming experience really awesome:). My System: Intel i7 3,4GhZ NVidia 580GTX SLI 16GB Ram 1333 Samsung 250Gb HDD Win 7 64bit Ultimate Can you give any advice or hint? @KerbMav: The limit of participants in the MP would be how the stuff gets organzied; because the physics would have to be handled by each single machine or the server itself, and the more players and the more parts the more the Performance would drop.
