  1. Hi Everyone I would like to have a hotkey for setting all ships solar panels On/Off, like struts or lights have. Sometimes, when i have a big and complex ship near landing in atmosphere, its really annoying to set all panels manualy, because often they are not easy to hit with cursor, if there is lot of other small parts around (i need multiple trials from different angles before context menu appears). Thanks for reading.
  2. Well, your arguments convinced me and so i changed my mind. Grinding is really boring, agreed. So as mentioned - i hope now that the contract system will be that desired challange =o)
  3. Well, i think that even an experienced player should find this game a little bit challenging at least. Don't you think it's sometimes too much easy too?
  4. It's pretty easy to unlock all the science equip in a short time, if you know the game. What comes next is just a waterfall of science points per every mission. I would make science equipment either more heavy or simply larger to make it more difficult to mount. Now i can get one SC-9001 material bay covered by two mystery goos and dozen of thermometers, berometers, etc. with ease and almost no weight. In addition i've another little suggestion - don't know how other players, but i prefer rockets to planes and according to that, i would change an appearance (and name) of sensor nose cone or i would propose an optional part, which would better fit to a rocket body. PS: I'm sorry if duplicating posts, but personaly i found none with this topic.
  5. Interesting idea, however you haven't propose any solution of how it could look like. In addition building orbital structures just with docking rings has its own magic, specific difficulty and its realistic.
  6. I think i've interesting idea about solution of the "science over time generating" structures. There could be some storage capacity (something like "memory capacity"), which would determines a maximum amount of science points, which could be generated and stored by that structure over time. The main part is, that you'll have to visit that structure to collect those points. So there will be reason to periodically visit your structures/stations and it will be secured from "warp-farming". Next suggestion is some kind of science resource, which would be consumed over time in exchange for generation of science points, so there will be also a reason to periodically visit that structure and supply it with that resource (maybe something like "sample-containing storage capacity").
  7. When constructing large space structures, i like to make them well lit for better orientation when entering dark side of a planet. But its very hard to light up end parts of structure, especially when they stick out to open space. It would be usefull to have some kind of position light, which would make only small point of light, not directional. It would be good for emergency lightning when electric power is running low too (i suppose that it would have small power needs). Another related problem is, that if you're using many many classic lights in a various directions, there are always some parts of that structure, which are over-lit (balancing the right light composition requires very much time).
