  1. Then shouldn't the craft that still work be removed from the list?
  2. Goodbye Max, I appreciate everything you have done not only for this game, but to help inspire people to pursue careers in STEM.
  3. I think it should also be required that the craft must have been discontinues, and an updated version of the craft that works in the current update would void the entry.
  4. One thing that always puzzled me about the ariane launches is that they ignite the engine after reaching T: 0, instead of starting them a couple seconds early like most other rockets.
  5. The only reason this engine seems so OP is that it is a 1.25 meter engine, but it is just as powerful as the 2.5 meter engines. If you stop relating it so the smaller engines and start relating it to the bigger engines it looks less OP. Also that it's cost and late game-ness make it balanced for career IMO, and sandbox wasn't really meant to be balanced, the whole idea of a sandbox.
  6. Please don;t take this the wrong way, but I feel like this should be reserved for craft that no longer work in the latest version. There are lots of gret current crafts out there, but the idea of a hall of fame is to honor the old greats.
  7. Maybe this shoul dtsrt over with a clean slate with a rule that you cannot nominate yourself
  8. Assuming a craft doesn't have to be "Huge" to get in the hall of fame, I would like to nominate Giggleplex777's Odysseus STS, one of the most popular crafts of it's day, but it seems to have gathered quite a bit of dust. - - - Updated - - - I also vote for the Munbug and the life-size STS
  9. and this is why we need a separate 2.5 meter intake, as well as an inline jet. Awesome craft though:)
  10. So I assume hat the audio produced by one chat would not be picked up by the other?
  11. Wow, great to see so many signed up:) One thing I am wondering, it how will the MC to Capcom to crew communication work? I understand that MC will be in a voice chat, and that the crew will be in another voice chat, is there a way for Capcom to go in between the two calls without the crew hearing Mission Control's conversations?
  12. Ok, so do the jet engines now have a toggle-able afterburner instead of just spitting fire all the time? In PorkJet's album he mentioned that the Panther has an afterburner, as if it were a new thing.
  13. Method 1, just don't fling them out, try to keep a relativity small cluster, maybe a few hundred debris within a 2 kilometer radius
  14. Now wouldn't it be cool if we did end up with an Apollo 13-ish scenario.
  15. I think that for some more complicated RCS layouts, specifically spaceplanes, it would be useful to be able to disable pitch/yaw/roll functions on certain RCS thrusters, like control surfaces. I wouldn't think this would be too hard to add, as the code already exists for the control surfaces.
  16. Haha, thanks, Ill just say "go" during roll call and do nothing else XD
  17. True, I guess you can put me down for RSO, but I may not be able to make the date
  18. I actually had a similar idea, but I never made it into reality because I figured it would be too hard to organize. Taps to you for taking initiative:) And IME its better to just set a date instead of trying to find one hat works for everyone, that way the people who sign up already know if they can do it or not.
  19. When would this be starting? I would love to participate, but I have school and I couldn't be available at the rate needed, but I may be able to do the RSO depending on the date. Great idea btw:)
  20. Mine is awful, and sometimes my thoughts get ahead of my hand so the words/letters just get jumbled together. Sometimes it takes me a second to read my own writing, its that bad.
  21. Definitely the F-22 for modern combat, it is the most sophisticated and advanced aircraft ever flown, and even though it has not gotten an air-to-air kill doesn't mean it is less capable.
