That's such a patronising thing to do. However as the first words in the first paragraph of the first link are "Intelligence has been defined in many different ways" I'm going to ask you again. How would you define intelligence.

And I'm not advocating a return to it's original meaning, merely pointing out it is an old word that has never been scientifically defined, therefore an attempt to design a definition that applies only to those objects that have been previously called planets is unlikely to be either scientific or sensible.

There was no astronomical one before 2006 either. I'm fine with moons being described as planets, but meteoroids tend not to achieve hydrostatic equilibrium.
