'Round here, we call that Macey Dean-ing, after the (repeated) disappearance of the KSP YT-er of that name.

Devnote Thursday: Tweaking and Turning Gears
0111narwhalz replied to SQUAD's topic in KSP1 The Daily Kerbal
Perhaps "politician answer" is an icorrect choice of words. The reason I referred to it as such, however, is because the question asked those weeks ago was "will it be possible in stock." The answer did not address stock, nor did it specifically exclude the possiblity in stock, thus it did not answer the question. -
The Sea Dragon. True atomic age American enginnering at its finest. Two stages, each of which has one massive nozzle. I believe it was to be hydrolox, refueled and launched at sea by a nuclear aircraft carrier or three. ...Its ullage motors look to be almost as big as the Saturn V's first stage engines. Though anything with the Orion drive occupies a special place in my heart. The same place stroked by Micheal Bay films.

Devnote Thursday: Tweaking and Turning Gears
0111narwhalz replied to SQUAD's topic in KSP1 The Daily Kerbal
I think this was asked a couple weeks ago, but we got a bit of a politician answer. The gist of it seemed affirmative, though. -
The above are in no particular order. Though they represent all that I have uploaded to the internet, they are far from all I've drawn. More might become evident as time goes on.

Devnote Tuesday: Many hands make light work!
0111narwhalz replied to SQUAD's topic in KSP1 The Daily Kerbal
"Back in my day, the Devs spoke once a week, and we liked it!" -
8/10 Achievement, but bare otherwise.

I'm gonna nip this mod train in the bud before it even starts. @SaladFingers

Every time I finish a chapter of Warped Stars. -
What about when they turn into vegetables after breaking their necks in ECS's? Nothing left to do but bury them then.

I'm a bit skeptical of this word when applied to events in this space program. Seriously. I mean, did everyone forget the banana incident already?

I might undertake the modeling, though I have no idea how to texture or bludgeon Unity into accepting it. Don't count on it, though. I've got a submission for a contest to model up, and then lots of schoolwork. As for the choice of program: I learned on Blender about a month ago and have no experience with any other program. So, Blender it is.

The Saga of Emiko Station - Complete
0111narwhalz replied to Just Jim's topic in KSP1 Mission Reports
Call Hazard-ish. He'll put it on a crazy sequence of gravity assists, and it'll be in the Deep Black for the price of one Eve encounter. -
Devnote Tuesday: Many hands make light work!
0111narwhalz replied to SQUAD's topic in KSP1 The Daily Kerbal
I believe they're more or less complete. See earlier devnotes for confirmation; I think the last couple weeks' notes have information to this effect. -
This makes me feel watchful and concerned.
-
Dude, it's been less than a week since the last update. That's pretty alive compared to a thread like my Kerbal Future or Ten Key's Farlight.

Folks, we live in the future.

Devnote Tuesday: Many hands make light work!
0111narwhalz replied to SQUAD's topic in KSP1 The Daily Kerbal
I feel like RoverDude hasn't slept a night in his life. Look at all the glorious mods he's put out in such a short time, and how big these mods are. "Oh, I don't like Kethane. I'm gonna make Regolith. And next week, I'll make Asteroid Recycling Technologies. And then the Packrat after that." -
I don't get chills from videos often, but this was two minutes of constant chills.
