  1. Definitely one of those tiny should-be-stock mods. Thank you!
  2. Actually, no, not everyone knows. Which is why I asked. If "many" people are doing "the same" in this forum, Squad will shut them down. They cannot accept the legal burden of distributing unlicensed software on this forum, which is why the moderators are very rigorous about removing DL links if there is no license, or if you're distributing others' software without respecting the original license terms. (If you're talking about Reddit, then that's up to Reddit to worry about, but license violations are still a big deal.) It's nothing personal--Squad has to protect themselves legally, so it's up to us to help make it easier for them by respecting the licenses of other mod-makers.
  3. So which mods are in this compilation? And did you check their licenses to ensure they could be bundled here?
  4. Incidentally, Science Revisited Revisited now has compatibility with this mod, with buffs for the Planetary Lab and extra experiments. Edit: Maybe not more experiments, but I did confirm the Planetary Lab now can process 1500 research points at a time.
  5. Oh, I dunno. I've always wanted to greenscreen Jeb running, and composite that on top of stock stampede footage.
  6. Why are my eyes wet!? Oh, never mind, they're melting. I briefly talked to Nyrath, the original Orion mod maker, and he mentioned that during his Orion testing, he noticed an airplane parked 300 m from the launchpad got thrown into the sky and over the horizon. For this rocket, I'd expect the entire KSC to fly over the horizon.
  7. Out of curiosity, why TGA? Why not DDS? Beyond that--it's a must-have for those late-night Munball games.
  8. If you install Texture Replacer but don't have any textures to replace, then it'll keep everything as-is--except for the visors. You can also adjust the visors so they can have "real-time" reflections (actually about 1 second lag there) or static reflections.
  9. I normally don't use SSTO spaceplanes, preferring to try for SSTO rockets instead--but this looks absolutely beautiful. I'll have to try it out soon!
  10. I'm using CTT, but wasn't sure if that alone would stop it from showing up in the tech tree. I was asking about where it'd be in the stock tree on the (naive?) presumption it'd show up there if there's no CTT tech node defined already. - - - Updated - - - Edit: Never mind, I found it. Sorry, my brain must've been asleep last time I looked for it. Plant growth experiments. 3D printing experiments. A spectroscope. A small chemistry lab with vent hood. A rack filled with mysterious components with lots of red buttons and a "DO NOT TOUCH" sticky-note. An open vat of Mystery Goo, with a spoon sticking out of it and a "DO NOT EAT" sticky-note. A framed photo of Wernher and Bob embracing and looking slightly drunk. I dunno. Just throw a bunch of wires at it and tell people it's too quantum for them to understand.
  11. Where in the stock tech tree should the greenhouse be? For that matter, does anyone know where it should be in the Community Tech Tree?
  12. HOWEVER, there is a derivative available on Kerbal Stuff that, as of this weekend, has been updated for KSP 1.x. Be fearful.
  13. And did you ever deliver! *cries from the sheer beauty*
  14. I really love this mod, and I'm using it in my current Science game, MOAR SCIENCE, HI! It really solves a few of the science headaches I've experienced previously. But I noticed that it doesn't seem to buff the Planetary Lab from Kerbal Planetary Base Systems. It still caps out at 500 research points. It also doesn't apply the microgravity experiments to the mod's habitats--something I'm somewhat less worried about given this is a planetary base mod, not a space station mod. Nonetheless maybe you feel differently.
  15. It wasn't that much of a review. I like your videos and crafts quite a lot, and I especially loved seeing the Kerbals in Episode 4--even the one spinning out of control. Please, do make more!
  16. An excellent find, thank you! - - - Updated - - - Episode 3 is definitely Mellow Space Program material. I have to think about Episode 4, if only because of the horns, but I might wind up adding it anyhow. Thank you very much! Incidentally, this isn't exactly Mellow Space Program material, but seeing AMSRCast's KSP videos was very nice in its own way.
  17. A general update: My day job has been particularly brutal and my head hasn't been into working on the third challenge. I haven't given up on it, but I suspect we're looking at the next challenge happening in mid-October. I apologize for the further delay, but I promise this upcoming challenge will be particularly interesting, and I won't be keeping you in the dark for long. I'm mean enough that I'd insist on ion engines. Although there is Porkjet's Atomic Age mod, with its nuclear engines--and that includes a nuclear jet. And the Mk2 Expansion has a nuclear jet as well. Which mod are you referring to, though?
  18. Yes, congratulations! Squad likes you! They really like you!
  19. Congrats to NecroBones! And tremble in fear if Whackjob should build something using these parts....
  20. I'd like to see this cockpit both with and without nosecones. In particular, I get why there is a demand for being able to swap out the nosecone, and in some cases I might even want the same. But I was really looking forward to seeing the new nosecone on my SSTOs, purely for aesthetics.
  21. There may be a few people who don't have the intermediate RapidSSL SHA256 CA - G4 certificate needed to validate the Kerbal Stuff certificate. This is a relatively new intermediate cert and there may be some people using outdated browsers, OS configs, or in some cases online security monitors who don't have it yet. Here's one complaint earlier along these lines--but updating Chrome seemed to resolve the issue. My recommendation to CaptRobau is to check for browser updates, and if you're using Windows and IE, make sure you have all security updates installed. Some antivirus and Internet security applications may also need updating as they often replace the original certificate with their own for intercepting malicious web-based attacks. (I dislike such things but will leave it at that.) - - - Updated - - - How did you post before I did!? Oh, right, I forgot to hit "post"....
  22. Good point, I'll probably review those. Thanks.
