  1. https://kerbalstuff.com/mod/362/Tantares%20LV%20-%20Stockalike%20Proton%20%26%20More This mod? Yeah I do, I have all the Tantares mods. For some reason certain crafts say I don't have a certain part but I know that I installed them correctly :/ And this is the craft (among others) that doesnt load in because it says I don't have the right parts https://kerbalx.com/CaptKordite/Korolevs-N1-L3-Moon-Rocket
  2. Hey I just downloaded the Tantares mods and some craft files. I have all the proper mods installed so I downloaded some of CaptKordite's craft files. Most of them work except for his N1 Moon lander. When I try to load that ship I get the error message that it couldn't be loaded because a part is missing. The part is called 'TLV.LES.A'. I thought 'Oh I must have somehow forgot to add that file' so I scoured the folders for the Tantares pack and I couldn't find any file called 'TLV.LES.A'. Was that part removed from the modpack or something?
  3. Yeah, that is why I said "I know you didn't say that, but I am getting kind of tired of seeing this stuff". I was trying to be as polite as possible, but I am pretty sure, you would get sick of seeing the exact same questions over and over again for several months all the while, there are hundreds of videos on Youtube explaining how to do the tasks, and hundreds of threads explaining how to do them as well. I just find it unnecessary to have threads like this when a simple Google search will suffice. I was more than polite in my genuine criticism, and the fact he used a schoolboy reply such as "Good for you ^^" further reinforces the fact that the newer members cannot understand constructive criticism.
  4. Okay dude, I am not trying to be rude, but I have been in this community since August 2011. All the questions you want to ask, have been asked hundreds of times before on these forums. A simple search will provide you all the answers you need. Sorry, but I am getting kind of sick of people who only bought the game 5 days ago, complaining about the game, asking "Hey guiz when u addin new planets?????" or "When wil u add multiplayer? dis gaem is stoopid :)". I know you didn't say that, but I am getting kind of tired of seeing this stuff. Google exists. Use it.
  5. Well currently for me I would have to say Scott Manley and TheWinterOwl. Used to be TryDyingToLive as he got me into the game, I was really lucky to get onto his minecraft server and was in a couple of his videos, but I think he is dead. He hasn't uploaded in 6 months.
  6. Another Evangelion fan? I-I thought I was the only one here.... How did you get Gendo's glasses for your Kerbal?
  7. I agree, but I can say from first hand experience (I only built my current PC in Nov 2012) that trying to run the game on an older machine is nearly impossible, it was okay at first, but after 0.15 the game would not run well anymore, I was struggling to get over 10 fps. I have only myself to blame for that, not the devs. I remember one podcast they said something along the lines of "We cannot make the game any less demanding to people with older hardware, as the people with newer hardware will complain the game looks bad etc." (I listened to the podcast months ago so forgive me if I got the phrasing wrong.)
  8. Sorry, I must be more specific, I was referring to people who get low fps and people who essentially break the games physics by trying to make ships the size of a continent. I have been in this community a long time so I too have had my fair share of bugs early on, but they were down to coding issues as you said. I was saying I am sick of people putting the developers on the spot about how the game is "buggy and bad" because they try and run it on ancient hardware. Oh, and I did not say that the game never crashed, I said the majority of the time it is not due to game breaking bugs, but from your hardware failing to run the game.
  9. If you have a computer that is half decent and was made within the last 2 years you should have no issues with the game. It annoys me to see people complaining to squad about their game crashing, when they are trying to run it on a Dell laptop from 2006. Personally, my specs are pretty above average so I never have problems, but it is not the games fault or squads that it crashes. The majority of the time, it is down to the system you are trying to run it on. I applaud squad on their optimization work as unlike console games, with PC you have to take into account so many variables and differences in everyones systems. Specs: Graphics card: GeForce GTX 650Ti (EVGA) Processor: Intel i5-2500k @3.3Ghz RAM: 8GB OS: Windows 7 64-Bit.
  10. I still think Blip.tv is the best site when it comes to giving their producers freedom. The Nostalgia critic would not exist on youtube as he relies on using movie clips.
  11. Your Kerbal always turns to his right to plant it, so you have to point him in some weird direction, then he will turn to his right and plant it.
  12. Well, here is mine. The flag itself is the Communist Party of Ireland's (I like the design) and the text stands for "Communist Party of Kerbin". (very creative I know). Would come up with something more Kerbal style, but alas, I have no imagination. Here it is in use on my first Mun landing since 0.16:
  13. Girls und panzer fan I see?
