  1. New and updated configs for beta-testing and bug squashing: Updated Probes Plus (beta 0.16 version) parts configs (WARNING! Will conflict with old Stockalike_ProbesPlus.cfg) and engines plumes Parts configs for Corvus CF mod. Current problems: Torekka Propulsion Module (Probes Plus) uses two ModuleRCS in part config. As a result there is no possibility to change propellant or tech level for RCS. Corvus fuel cell config is an unbalanced stopgap (I just steal numbers from Realism Overhal and Gemini Familiarization Manual). Torekka and Landvermesser SRBs, perhaps, also require rebalancing (2911 m/s is too much for Surveyor-style Mun landing in 6.4x Kerbin system).
  2. Is there any possibility for "per nozzle" configuration? Or, at least, possibility to remove effect for some nozzles, because "stock" SmokeScreen configs (i.e. RealPlumes) give weird result if engine (RE-D7 "Bollard" from Ven's Stock Revamp for example) have nozzles with different sizes:
  3. Can you, please: a) name these boosters; b) specify which version of StockRevamp (1.9.5 or 1.9.6 AKA "git snapshot") you are using? P.S. And also. Which variant of engine configs you are using? Main version (from Raptor831's repo) is slightly outdated.
  4. Small question about video card upgrade. With my current budget the local store offer a little choice between RX560 and 1050Ti based videocards. Which of the three options should I prefer for Linux-based machine (CPU: i5-3470; Motherboard: P8B75-V with (currently) 8GB RAM; PSU: 450W): RX560/4GB VRAM 1050Ti/2GB VRAM (same price as 1) 1050TI/4GB VRAM (costs about $50 more)
  5. Replace AJE.cfg in your GameData/RealPlume-RFStockalike catalog with corrected file (to which I give the link). Or just search "thrust_transform" in AJE.cfg and replace it with "thrustTransform" (without quotes).
  6. By the way. I make some work to reshape engines effects. Current changes: Rework stock engines plumes/flares, so they remain aligned (at least I hope for it) with engines nozzles regardless of whether Ven's Stock Revamp installed or not. Rework plumes for Stock Revamp engines (see "Current problem" below). Add missing engine config for Squad's RT-5 "Flea" SRB. Update engine configs for Stock Revamp engines. Fix errors and slightly polish plumes configuration for AJE. Currently unresolved problem: RealPlume prefabbed plumes give weird results for RE-D7 (from Stock Revamp) due to simultaneous use of nozzles with different size:
  7. This is due to typo in AJE configs (doubled "m" in "Emissive"). Missing plume is due to error in RealPlumes config. Here is corrected version.
  8. Парочка вопросов про локализацию (1.3.1/Linux/64 bit, свежеустановленная без всяких модов): 1. Можно ли как-то заставить игру понимать русский язык при вводе с клавиатуры? Уже существующие русские буквы показывает нормально, но при попытке ввести какое-либо название (новой игры в главном меню или аппарата в VAB/SPH) игра попросту перестаёт реагировать на нажатия клавиш при переключении на русскую раскладку. 2. Можно ли запустить игру с поддержкой русского, но чтобы интерфейс (и описания) оставались на английском языке?

  10. The problem has disappeared, RFStockalike again started to work fine with TAC LS.
  11. Problem is that something broke dawn after 12.2.2/12.2.3. As a result new (12.2.4/12.3.1) RF updates tanks during loading or placement, but TAC LS conversion patch in RFStockalike don't work (TAC LS is a same v0.13.0 for both screenshots): (left screenshot RF v12.2.2, right RF v12.2.4) Player.log and ModuleManger cache for test runs: RF 12.2.2/TAC LS 0.13.0 (KSP 1.2.2) RF 12.2.4/TAC LS 0.13.0 (KSP 1.2.2, broken tank conversion for TAC LS) RF 12.2.3/TAC LS 0.13.5 (KSP 1.3) RF 12.3.1/TAC LS 0.13.5 (KSP 1.3, broken tank conversion for TAC LS)
  12. It was about clean KSP install (RealFuels, Module Manager, engine configs and nothing more). About adding TAC LS to this was in post-post-scriptum ("TAC LS (v0.13.0)/RealFuels/RFStockalike combo in KSP 1.2.2 don't work either").
  13. I make some launches with older versions of RF for KSP 1.2.2. Results: RF v1.2.1 - all works with or without TAC LS. RF v1.2.2 - empty pod tanks, but at least RFStockalike creates them. RF v1.2.4 - something broke. Code for TAC tank conversion in RFStockalike just not work.
  14. Problem isn't in the life support resources, but monopropellant/hydrazine conversion: P.S. Tried luck with clean KSP 1.2.2 install (just RealFuels 1.2.2.4/Module Manager 2.7.6 and RFStockalike engines configs) - all works like a charm. Almost same config (RealFuels 1.2.3/ModuleManager 2.8.1 or 2.8.0) with KSP 1.3 - empty tanks in pods and SRBs. P.P.S. TAC LS (v0.13.0)/RealFuels/RFStockalike combo in KSP 1.2.2 don't work either. Same problem with non-existing tanks for monopropellant.
  15. No. It's just drop monopropellant instead of converting it to hydrazine. Judging by ModuleManager's config cache it's just not see TAC-LS fuel tanks: MODULE { name = ModuleFuelTanks type = LifeSupportAll basemass = -1 volume = 3.549 } And this config don't work too. It's create empty fuel tank, but don't fill it: P.S. I also found that RF don't touch fuel tanks when loading saved ships. Don't know is it bug or feature:
  16. Current version (12.2.3) don't remove (automatically) stock resources from fuel tanks. Just add empty volume: Tried on clean (just RF/Solver Engines and Kerbal Engineer) 1.3.0 install. Logs don't show anything suspicious.
  17. It's just a bunch of patches for Kopernicus/SigmaDimensions configs. The only thing that's required is to take new patches (was posted somewhere in this thread) for atmosphere reentry heating.

Preliminary support for ProbesPlus engines: https://github.com/canisdirusleidy/RFStockalike/blob/master/GameData/RealFuels-Stockalike/Stockalike_ProbesPlus.cfg Current issues: Can't completely remove mod's own upgrades: they remain visible in TechTree despite at all !PARTUPGRADE in cfg. Not sure about RCS propellants. Maybe need to add something else to MMH/UDMH+NTO and Hydrazine. Main thruster and RCS combination parts. Not sure I did all right.

  20. More correct (I hope) plumes configs for Squad engines, second try. Currently not compatible with Ven's "Stock part revamp" due to different sizes of revamped parts. Plus quick fix for AJE plumes (prevent plume configs interference if you not use AJE) and RealFuels config for RT-5 "Flea".
  21. Well, in case of RealPlume configs problem is what patches in AJE.cfg don't check AJE availability. So just add NEEDS[AJE] to them (and NEEDS[!AJE] to "stock" plumes) looks enough.
  22. I have found that many plumes misaligned and wrongly scaled (see, for example, much-suffering LV-909). So there is alternative exhaust configs (at least) for stock engines: Squad.cfg and AJE.cfg(Some duct tape needed to prevent messing with Squad.cfg jet engines plumes). P.S Don't make pull request due to 1)can't be sure that everything properly scaled and aligned (especially for hydrolox pale plumes) 2)current RealPlume version don't have prefab for methane engines, so I use hydrolox plume as quick and dirty solution 3)plume configs for AJE currently mess with other stock jets plumes, but I didn't dig deep.
