Having the same problem, It loaded up for me initially, however my game crashed hard and I had to start over, the part is listed, however, I don't know why it's not showing up. Don't know how much help we can expect, mod has been dormant since Jan 2018.

Anyone else having the load hang up on ANGARA/FINS/FINS?

Attempted a orbital flight with Explorer, flight went well, however, the antenna wont' deploy. Not sure if this is a bug or not. Thanks for a awesome mod.
