  1. Yeah, that'd be great with a small delay, like 5-10 seconds? (I personally need time to get my craft steady and oriented before I can relax and process more information but I don't know if that's typical; I've usually started to veer in one direction or another by the time I'm taking off)
  2. Actually I'm not sure that your issue is the same as mine; I originally thought it was, sorry! Here's a video of my issue: https://youtu.be/dhT0kMkOGYE Here is a save file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ydot4r2krlg7k9x/Bug jump on time warp exit.sfs?dl=0
  3. You could also create a fuel line with KAS
  4. I've noticed that sometimes when exiting time warp, a vessel will jump up off the planet surface. It might only be happening to vessels that have mining drills deployed. It can lead to destruction of parts. I think I first noticed this before I installed most of my mods; I don't think the mods are relevant but I've noticed two other people report this issue so I'm going to see if I can get them to contribute to this thread.
  5. It's a lot easier to dock on the surface using the claw instead of docking ports but you could also use the flexible docking tube mod. Regarding your vessels jumping off the ground, perhaps you could add your experiences to this thread I just created in the support forum because I also have this issue. In my opinion your tanker is way too small. Maybe you haven't unlocked bigger tanks yet? This picture isn't very clear but it's what I use and I still wish it was bigger:
  6. If they started to work on KSP 2, it would be safe to assume that would be unfinished when they start on KSP 3.
  7. It's worth it but you'd save yourself some time by taking the fuel from the surface of the Mun straight to LKO. I don't know why you'd bother rendezvousing with a an orbital Mun station only to have to perform another rendezvous in orbit of Kerbin. How big are the rockets you use to transfer fuel? The bigger they are, the few trips you'll have to make. Getting large amounts of fuel to LKO from KSC is pretty expensive.
  8. A word that people throw around so much it has no meaning, like liberal, hipster, SJW.
  9. Oh, I also want areas that glow, kind of like the magic boulder glows. Also plant life on Laythe, maybe. Laythe is as much of a barren wasteland as the rest...
  10. There's a Telemachus 2.0 on CKAN. The homepage listed on CKAN is this thread: Edit: Oh, you're already in that thread!
  11. Thanks for the nice IVA environments! I have a feature request which is for buttons for the both of the stock lander cans for the different SAS targets (prograde, retrograde etc). Currently I think I need to exit IVA view to switch SAS target. I have a second request but it might be stupidly complicated to implement - I was just wondering whether it would be possible to have some kind of simplified map view on one of the IVA screens so I could have an indication of my trajectory. Not really sure how to efficiently hop to a target landing site entirely within IVA. Edit: I think the ASC/DEC mode is meant for this.
  12. If your vessel is a tug, RCS thruster placement will never be exactly where you need it for any random payload. I guess it would be nice to not have to adjust the thruster limiters manually.
  13. Some WOPR-style blinkenlights would be cool I don't know whether everyone else would feel that way.
  14. I use hyperedit and this vessel may have been hyperedited at some point or docked to something which was hyperedited but it was not hyperedited to Pol.
  15. Nevermind; it's the science module using EC for research.
  16. I've got a vessel consuming 5 EC per second with SAS switched off. How do I find out what is consuming it? Edit: screenshots added (one in light, one in dark)
  17. It's a blight on the landscape.
  18. The drills are overheating but the radiator panels have not reached 100%. Why don't the radiator panels reach 100%?
  19. When I want to plan a change of inclination of my orbit and I pull the normal or antinormal maneuver node handle, it doesn't take into account the fact that the position of normal and antinormal changes during the burn. It practically renders the maneuver node planning useless for anything but slight changes where the change in normal/antinormal orientation during the burn will be minimal. This really ought to have been addressed years ago. Perhaps there's an explanation for it that I'm not aware of?
  20. I don't believe that this was an intended joke. I think the sole intended meaning is: Verb: Spring back, as from a forceful thrust.
  21. That's an integrated graphics chip, right? Integrated into the CPU itself? If your motherboard has a graphics card slot, you need a card that fits into that slot. Mine is PCI Express 2.0 16x - yours might be different (I haven't bothered following progress in the technology).
  22. I unlinked two KAS ports and the pipe, instead of disappearing, shifted to the girder to which the port was attached. Removing the port did not remove the pipe. The other end of the pipe appears to be attached to a third port which is already linked to a fourth port. The screenshots here show the issue: http://imgur.com/a/E4emT Link to the save file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/2cekreuecd5p1gl/screwedup KAS ports.sfs?dl=0
