  1. Yes! Thank you very much Overfloater, I've been wanting to watch those videos.
  2. For me putting on more than 4 air intakes counts as airhogging, but I don't really care because if you really want to make cool spaceplanes that can actually go anywhere besides Mun/Minmus, you pretty much have to airhog. Just look at the amazing things Overfloater has done with airhogging.
  3. Who cares if testing parts at "x speed at x height" is realistic, this is KSP, a GAME which is supposed to be FUN. I'm not saying that they should get rid of part test contracts, but simply make them more open and fun, because right now part test contracts feel like a grind.
  4. YES. Something like around the world in 80 days, with wacky inventions, cool flyby shots, and a good script. That would be awesome. If only we could get Macy Dean to direct it...
  5. Thank you both! I already got the aerobraking done well, but I'll take your advice for the future.
  6. Hello, since I'm currently on a Pol expedition, I would like to wonder the suitable height for aerobraking in Jool's atmosphere to get an orbit that would eventually lead to a Pol encounter. Any answer would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.
  7. I have about 2k screenshots and I always turn on SAS even on rovers.
  8. Everyone is over thinking it! All you have to do is add more boosters until you have a rocket with such ridiculous TWR that you can get into Eve orbit on minimum thrust. The only problem is that no one's computer could handle it.
  9. Yeah I'm a little disappointed too because the contracts could be much more fun but 75% of them are "test x booster at x height at x velocity". Totally agree with you.
  10. Wow! 5 pages! It's nice to see some awesome youtubers on this thread!
  11. As the title suggests, I'm just wondering whether someone has made a stock infiniglider/kraken drive SSTO that would theoretically have infinte Delta-V. Thanks for your time.
  12. Yep there are just too many to choose from.
  13. Hello. This is a thread where you can say who your favorite KSP youtuber is. The reason this isn't a poll is because there are more than 10 KSP youtubers, and I wouldn't want it to be biased. Also, don't start a flamewar. Cheers!
  14. Kerbals are subject to physics, but the thing is that they are made up of many different parts with different impact tolerances. For example, an area of their jetpack has an impact tolerance of infinite, while some other parts can only withstand 6 m/s.
  15. THIS. I totally agree with you. Not many of the contracts are fun.
  16. Honestly I was kind of expecting more from the contracts. I mean most of them are just boringly testing random parts in different situations, and only some of them such as the "Orbit Kerbin" contract are actually fun to complete. Don't get me wrong, it's a great addition to career mode, but I barely accept any contracts because most of them are pointless. I just think that they need to overhaul it to make it better.
  17. ...when half of your Minmus SSTO's can't survive reentry. (Deadly Reentry is not installed.)
  18. That's a pretty awesome design, but what would be amazing is if you made it into a cargo SSTO.
  19. That's pretty awesome, considering I can't even build a cargo rocket SSTO. Nice job DerpNerd.
  20. That's weird, I didn't know one already existed. Sorry
  21. I hate the first one, but I think it's caused by holding shift when you hit the launch button.
