I've tried with a fresh install with no mods and the same thing still happens

Whether I use CKAN or manual the mod always stops loading the textures when on the main menu at a random planet. When using CKAN it seems I can only use the DDS textures because the normal ones result in an error saying "System.Transactions.TransactionException: Failed to roll back. -->System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\CdFileMgr\58abaf 0b-f4f0-46.tpm' because it is being used by another process. at System.IO._Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybe FullPath)"

Whenever I try to install some mods with CKAN between 20% and 50% It comes up with an error saying something along the lines of "System.Transactions.TransactionException: Failed to roll back. -->System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\CdFileMgr\58abaf0b-f4f0-46.tpm' because it is being used by another process. at System.IO._Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybe FullPath)" I'm on Windows and it usually happens when installing Real Solar System.

I have a problem, whenever I go to a KSC everything except the clouds and the space center is completely black and i have to click somewhere on the black textures to enter a facility. Also, the textures of the planets have stayed the same.
