  1. You need to make sure that your "Compatible" list includes all the dependencies. Use the KSP Version Compatibility options to get them all showing.
  2. If you mean is the button on the initial AFBW dialog box active, yes. Here's the log from a clean 1.7.2 install with just AFBW for Linux and dependencies installed. Launched a plane, opened AFBW dialog, calibratated joystick, made sure the joystick was active. No control input from any Joystick axes.
  3. Got keyboard control back, thanks, but I'm not getting any control input from my joystick, even though it does calibrate fine. Log here
  4. Got a weird issue. I've unlocked the whole tech tree, but the Gojira fins are not appearing in my parts list. I did have them appearing before the latest TE update. My save file lists the fins under the unlocked HeavierRocketry node.
  5. [politas@forge GameData]$ cd "/mnt/SSD/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Kerbal Space Program/GameData/ksp-advanced-flybywire" [politas@forge ksp-advanced-flybywire]$ pwd /mnt/SSD/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Kerbal Space Program/GameData/ksp-advanced-flybywire I've uninstalled, so PluginData is gone now, but the rest is all fine.
  6. Player.log here. Is that all you need? Toolbar controller lists AFBW, but the button doesn't appear in either stock or Blitzy's toolbar. I launched a stock craft in a sandbox game on the runway, got no control at all from the joystick, and only left/right yaw controls rolling down the runway, (only the wheels, no movement of the rudder). Launching a rocket, I get no keyboard controls at all, and the joystick pitch and roll axes work only as camera controls
  7. Installed 1.8.2 for Linux. I don't get a toolbar icon, and have lost all control input in flight mode (even the keyboard). Had to uninstall in order to play again using the keyboard.
  8. Looks like the jumping may be an issue with World Stabiliser, a mod that is supposed to prevent vessels hopping, but may actually be causing them to rise unnecessarily. Edit: Yes, definitely a weird incompatibility with World Stabiliser. Removing that mod allows the LC-40 Strongback to spawn correctly. There must be something in the model that's causing WS to miscalculate the height of the vessel.
  9. Ghidorah 9 LC-40 strongback seems to spawn above the launch pad, then crash down, causing an explosion.
  10. I can't recreate it now. The craft that were jumping before are solidly on the ground. Maybe rebooting my computer helped!
  11. 1.7.2 seems to have broken WS. Everything is bouncing like crazy! EDIT it might be that WS is raising vessels too high?
  12. KSP 1.7.2 seems to have finally broken AFBW Linux - I am getting constant full left Yaw.
  13. TE 1.5 has broken my save game - I've got several vessels missing part TE.19.F9.S2.Tank EDIT - Seems that part has changed TechRequired from advFuelSystems to heavierRocketry, which I haven't developed, yet. EDIT2 - Nope, changing that back hasn't fixed it.
  14. I've been unable to get my engine throttle or my hat axes (Logitech Extreme 3D Pro) working in either 1.6.1 or 1.7.0. I've tried calibrating with the throttle at both extremes and centred. If I turn on the "AFBW overrides throttle" setting, then I get absolutely nothing happening on moving the throttle. If I have that setting off, the throttle moves, but snaps back immediately to 100% throttle.
  15. The CKAN client v1.26.2 "Dragon" is released! Changes since 1.26.0 Features [GUI] Right click copy option for mod info links (#2699 by: HebaruSan; reviewed: DasSkelett) [GUI] Relabel Yes/No buttons for some questions (#2737 by: HebaruSan; reviewed: DasSkelett) [Netkan] Handle non-raw GitHub URLs for metanetkans and avc krefs (#2696 by: HebaruSan; reviewed: DasSkelett) [GUI] Ignore spaces and special chars in mod search (#2709 by: DasSkelett; reviewed: HebaruSan) [GUI] Combine recommendation and suggestion screens (#2744 by: HebaruSan; reviewed: DasSkelett) Bugfixes [GUI] Save restore position when minimized (#2725 by: HebaruSan; reviewed: DasSkelett) [GUI] Fix home/end, url handler, typing nav, and dependency double click (#2727 by: HebaruSan; reviewed: DasSkelett) [GUI] Fix size of relationships list (#2728 by: HebaruSan; reviewed: DasSkelett) [GUI] Don't apply previous change set to checkboxes after successful install (#2730 by: HebaruSan; reviewed: DasSkelett) [Core] Compare RelationshipDescriptors with Equals instead of Same (#2735 by: HebaruSan; reviewed: DasSkelett) [GUI] Auto size yes no dialog (#2729 by: HebaruSan; reviewed: DasSkelett) [GUI] Fix Newly Compatible filter with repo autoupdate (#2734 by: HebaruSan; reviewed: DasSkelett) [GUI] Throw errors happening in UpdateModsList() (#2745 by: DasSkelett; reviewed: HebaruSan) [Core] Fix freeze on non CKAN files in cache folder (#2743 by: HebaruSan; reviewed: DasSkelett) [Core] Ignore dependency self conflicts (#2747 by: HebaruSan; reviewed: DasSkelett) Notes You don't need to download AutoUpdate.exe. This is used internally by CKAN when a new version is released. Windows users must have .NET 4.5 installed. Simply download the ckan.exe file and either store it in your game directory or somewhere in your filesystem where you have non-admin write access. Never run the CKAN client as Administrator! Mac/Linux/Mono users: please use the new cert-sync tool, to update mono's certificate store. Mac Users: You should only need to download and install the CKAN.dmg The .deb file is for automated installation on Debian-based Linux distributions - Use dpkg-install/apt-get/apt to install the .deb file and you will then be able to run CKAN with just ckan instead of mono ckan.exe. All required libraries should be pulled in as dependencies. This release of the CKAN has not been tested on Mono releases prior to 5.0.1. We highly recommend upgrading to the latest stable release of Mono from mono-project.com You will need the equivalent of the mono-complete package for your OS. Comments Huge thanks to @HebaruSan and @DasSkelett, who did all the hard work for this release! This is largely a bug patch release, trying to sort out all the little issues that crept in to Baikonur, hopefully without adding many new bugs!
  16. If you installed a pre-release, you will likely need to manually update.

Release image public domain, courtesy NASA Personal Comments I'd like to welcome @DasSkelett formally to the CKAN team as an excellent contributor of code and code reviewer! @HebaruSan has once again been the waves grinding away at the rocky flaws of the CKAN client. Don't know where we'd be without all the excellent work! Enjoy your well-earned holiday! People who have been following CKAN for many years may be glad to hear that @pjf, the founder of the CKAN, has recently accepted a role with Valve in Washington State, and is about to move to the USA! Such an enormous step! Congratulations on the job, and I sincerely hope all the belongings you are taking make it to your new home intact!
  18. Hmm. Don't know what happened with the automatic build process. It's unlikely to break your game seriously, and there is always the "History" folder to get you back to a functioning status.
  19. That is a Wiki page, so you could edit it yourself, which would be very helpful. It sounds like you have a better understanding than I do of the issue! CKAN v1.26.0.PRE2 second prerelease should be available from the releases page momentarily. I'm declaring a feature freeze now for v1.26.0 release; only bugfixes will be merged. Please try out the new client and report any issues!
  20. Yes, for I could rebuild it. Cost way less than six million, too!
  21. Not sure what went wrong. I tried to post a note a few weeks ago saying that my home desktop was dead and that I would be largely offline for a few weeks. Well, with a new, faster, better computer, I'm back online!
  22. There is a pre-release of the next version of CKAN now available at https://github.com/KSP-CKAN/CKAN/releases/tag/v1.26.0-PRE1 for anyone willing to test it out. One of the main new features is going to require some metadata tweaks to be really functional. Please be aware that this pre-release is likely to have some bugs. Please be sure to advise when making bug reports whether you are using the pre-release 1.26.0 or the current release 1.25.4
  23. Get Kerbal Space Program folder out of the "Program Files (X86)" structure. Microsoft Windows considers this structure to require administrative access. DO NOT run CKAN as ADMINISTRATOR!!!!!! It just causes more problems down the track.
  24. Pull request to add your mod to CKAN: https://github.com/KSP-CKAN/NetKAN/pull/6931 I'm a bit rusty at metadata, so I'll let one of the other maintainers look it over.
