  1. Per the EULA you won't own any mods you create though! So there's that
  2. And that's a permanent deal breaker here. I love Kerbal, I've got thousands of hours in it, but the feeling of loathing and hatred that these soul-less corporation invoke when they try to take more and more from us each year far outweighs any love I can have for a single product. Selling my system data? You know what, maybe I can even live with that so long as they're not lying about what they're selling. But claiming ownership of user created mods? Modding was the best thing about KSP1. Modding has been the best thing about some of my favorite games. I can already see exactly where EULA's like this will lead to if people don't take a stand. Bethesda already tried it, and I guarantee you they'll all keep trying. Before you know it they'll be re-listing fan mods for $$$ and taking a cut of that profit. The same massive AAA developers that have intentionally cut mod support so they can peddle crappy DLC will then suddenly back pedal and claim "oh the technology has come so far, we can now add mod support!" and out-source the DLC cost entirely to the fans.
  3. It's also an actual fact that the game directly conflicts with Steams guidelines on early access titles and that over half of the users who reviewed it on Steam so far would agree that it's a massive rip off (while the other half would likely be no where near as forgiving if not for the existence of KSP1). So while it may be an actual fact that the game is early access, you're misrepresenting it by using that term as a defense - and that is exactly what you're doing when you use it in the context that you are. Just because I can slap an "innocent baby" label on a piece of excrements and leave it on a swing in the park doesn't mean I should be taken seriously when I cry wolf that someone is hurting my innocent baby by wiping it off the damn seat. You're more than welcome to enjoy the game, nobody is stopping you. I've watched the gaming industry become riddled with anti-consumer practices while individuals like yourselves have gone out of their way to defend the massive billion-dollar corporations pushing these practices. I couldn't care less whether you enjoy the game or not, but I will very eagerly call out anyone trying to defend a faceless corporation that's looking to exploit you for all you're worth because when we collectively give them an inch they take a foot.
  4. This is exactly it. People are jumping through hoops just to defend a massive corporation that would sooner bleed them and sell their organs on the black market than go out of its way to help them. This game was listed on Steam entirely to offload the cost and risk of funding development to you, the consumer. You can also do some free QA testing on the side while you're at it.
  5. I've seen you mention this across multiple threads now like it's a defense. Clearly you don't understand what early access is supposed to be, so here are some quotes from steams policy on it. This is a massive corporation offloading the risk of funding the game and the cost of play testing it to you, the consumer. Early access is not an excuse for a broken product. Early access is not an excuse for a terrible cost-value proposition. This was sold as being listed in order to get player feedback. Do you really believe they needed player feedback to tell them that so much of the game is broken? Especially considering people were saying as much based on gameplay shown prior to launch?
  6. Been having the same issue. Had it in 1.2.1 and still have it in 1.2.2. My game doesn't crash, but I've seen it go up to over 7gb.
  7. Disabling the MechJeb module (just right click and disable) prior to EVAing ensures you won't have any problems. At least, it works for me.
  8. Having the same issue, but it only seems to happen after I EVA for a second time during one mission. Running KW, MechJeb (aforementioned nightly build), EVE, and a plethora of other mods. I'll check to see if I can reproduce the bug on a ship without a MJ module.
  9. I installed the latest version, but I'm still having the same issues with Kopernicus & planet packs. Same problem as the last version - no ground stations on Kerbin. Nevermind, problem solved. I was trying to load in the 64K preset as I'm running a 6.4x OPM setup, and that didn't work out.
  10. Any chance that there's a 6.4x version of the OPM Delta-V map? I can find 6.4x maps, and I can find OPM maps, but can't find anything with the two combined.
  11. All of my crafts that were using the "KW2mengineSPSB" appear to be broken. I'm running 1.1.2 with 3.0.2 and I'm fairly certain that KW was installed correctly. Everything was working great in 1.1.1, but updating seems to have knocked a screw or two loose. Any clue what's going on?
  12. This is like everything I've ever wanted crammed into one mod. This will be the first time I'll be playing without remotetech/tac since 0.23. Brilliant job!
  13. So, was this the only problem that Interstellar Extended had with Deadly Reentry, or is there still something causing friction between the two mods? Can't seem to find anything else in the thread about it, and both mods are on my essential list. Thanks.
