  1. I'm having a problem with the ocean clipping in to the terrain shown here. Even though I've read in the change log that this has been fixed in v0.0244 "-Issue where ocean flickers and bobs around with camera movements appears to be fixed"
  2. Ehm what? You mean like the MK2 Lander Can, or the MK2 CockPit, or the MK2 Inline CockPit?.. What else can you want?
  3. All of them are alive, but Jeb was very close to being dead once I lifted off of the Mun I ran out of fuel and didn't get a stable orbit around the Mun, so I packed up all of my 10 experiments (Which in total was worth 300 or so science) then I used the EVA fuel to get out of the Muns SOI and then I used it again to slingshot myself directly back to Kerbin, Jeb landed on a patch of land so he bounced off of his butt and remained alive, I'm lucky that he didn't hit the water or else he would've died. EDIT: oh and I only had 0.14/5.00 EVA fuel left.
  4. I think maybe you guys are forgetting that there's such a thing called "Administration Building"... That was my 2nd priority, in upgrading a building (First being the launchpad)... guys the Admin building finally has a use and isn't actually overpowered now... So use it and don't tell me its still "Grindy", I don't understand people, if they wan't it to be easy then play on easy, hence the name "Easy difficulty", Normal difficulty is normal, Hard is hard... When I was younger and was playing RTS games I thought "Normal difficulty" was super hard, so I always played on easy.. Now I learned how to get around difficult situations and improve myself, do the same guys, instead of asking for something to change, change yourself to the better.
  5. Career isn't hard nor grindy. Instead of whining that its hard and unbalanced maybe you should learn new tactics and/or new ways on how to progress throughout career. I may sound harsh/mad and thats because I'm so sick of modern games being too "Casual" or too easy.. This game is about Rockets and space exploration.. the last thing this game should be is "being easy". Sorry for being rude, I'm just afraid that squad might make this game easy and un-fun again. Just play career mode on easy mode if you're having a hard time, you can tweak pretty much everything in the difficulty settings, you can make it so easy it will feel like a sandbox gamemode again if thats what you like. Edit: and also going to the Mun without any maneuver nodes isn't hard at all, I've done it 3 times without any fails or reloads. with 30 part limited ships, although landing there was a bit tricky, but you don't need to land for the first few visits, you can get science just from orbiting it anyway.
  6. Ah thanks for confirming this, not a big deal that its wasn't more specific but eh... Just gotta use common sense lol.
  7. As I already mentioned, Play on easy mode if you don't want to add more starting funds by itself. Currently I'm playing on Moderate preset difficulty and I'm finding it fun, there are contracts that reward 145,000 (And ofcourse more) funds, it isn't such a grind if you can choose your contracts wisely.
  8. Hmm, thats what I was thinking as well, would be great if the contracts were more clear
  9. I like the way career mode is now, I hated it before, now I actually want to play it... It isn't grindy unless you're bad at making a 30 part rocket which can go to the Mun. And if you need to cheat, why not instead of cheating just play career mode on Easy, or just add more starting funds...
  10. Can someone tell me why I can't complete a "Position a satellite blah blah" Contract? It says I need an antenna and power, both of which I have. http://i.imgur.com/Z7VoMTq.jpg
  11. Guys... it won't be the 26'th... https://twitter.com/Maxmaps/status/544349318745161728
  12. Yeah its a bit sad, really. A semi-famous Youtuber I watched (and actually he was the reason I found out about KSP) no longer posts KSP, I've heard that the reason was because he said he didn't like the direction KSP is going.. I don't have any proof since I heard it in the comments somewhere, so it might just be straight up lies. But he did stop posting KSP for months. 1 or so year ago I remember he was posting KSP very frequently. But now I have completely stopped watching him since I very dislike him. Either He has changed or I have... And that youtuber is KurtJmac.
  13. Funny how its "Challenging" for you "Experienced" KSP'ers, and for me (The none experienced) its just a slowed downed Sandbox Mode, with some grinding and thats all. Oh and do you mean that first 15 minute limit on what you can build? After the first few minutes you'll be playing just another Sandbox save. Although, career did do something good... It made a reason to have space stations... So you can abuse and grind the contracts, earn money... Then keep going again...
  14. I'm totally in the same boat as you OP. Before they added all the contracts and funds in to the game I really liked playing in Career, what they've done with career is they just took the "Its your space program" thing/mindset. I've tried to get in to career mode but I just get bored. In fact, because they changed career mode so much I seriously stopped playing KSP all that often. I rarely play it, I just check the forums often. And for those who are going to say "There's Science Sandbox mode" I just want to tell you that, it doesn't feel the same. If I play the Science Sandbox I feel like I'm in the minority, I feel like I'm cut off from the rest of the Players. (You may be wondering why do I care about that? Heck.. how should I know, I just do.) And Also it doesn't feel the same because I'm not playing the game I thought I was playing... I thought I was playing a game where I have alot of freedom for imagination and managing my own Space Program. Yes, I'm still making and flying rockets, but I'm no longer managing my own goals and objectives.. the game's horrible "Randomly" generated contracts are... I've lost that spark to this game since the moment I found out that the devs wanted us to play THEIR space program.. They should've focused on improving the tech tree so it would've made sense (Improve it with the ideas people already suggested) And they should've made the solar system more fascinating and interesting so we'd actually care to explore it. The game now I feel like I'm playing is just building rockets and launching off of big sphere's and flying to other big sphere's, with bad graphics. Sure it was awesome at first, but it quickly turned out unimpressive and uninteresting. They should really make the planets feel HUGE and have the game's graphics overall better so it would feel breathtaking looking at your realistically looking space ship approaching to a massively realistic and breathtaking Planet. But Thats never going to happen since this game is running on UNITY.
  15. About KSP 2.0? Which doesn't exist and never will exist. Or about my Dream? Which I didn't have.
