there's the Material Processing Units (i think that's what their called) in the manufacturing tab, they look like re-colored ISRU units, 1.25, 2.5, 3.75 sizes. they can push to planetary logistics but cannot pull from planetary logistics. -

@Maraz, if your using MKS you don't need to install Ground Construction as a "trimmed down" version is already bundled in the install

@RoverDude, does the orbital logistics facilities(Duna Logistics Hub, Tundra Pioneer Logistics) need to be manned in order to send or recieve? -
the LS dashboard only updates when the vessel is in focus. all other times it uses "best guess"

there used to be one until ISRU was rolled into stock, RoverDude's reasoning for removing it was "not re-inventing the wheel" You need MaterialKits, SpecializedParts & Electric Charge. also a kerbal on EVA needs to change it. MKS Wiki good source for information. -

that's only 4 man. there is a mod that makes it 6 but doesn't add the additional IVA -

for exospheric K+ to be detected does the probe need to be in a polar orbit or will a fly-by work? -

i was having the same problem. i fixed it by installing Module Manager first. then all other mods
