    In-Progress Elkano Marine Challenge

Good day my fellow KSPers! Today I begin my first attempt at the Elkano circumnavigation challenge. This attempt will take place on Kerbin and I have decided to take a marine-based approach with as little driving over land as possible. This will be continuously updated as I progress through the challenge. Given that I started this at about 1:30am EST, Day 1 will most likely be a shorter distance covered than the rest. Without further ado, the day one album! https://imgur.com/a/y4uvKjJ My apologies for having launched at night. I blame the lack of sleep.

    The 2018 Kerbal Dakar

Whoooo! Made it to stage 2! And I found that tile at the 27km mark like you said, almost killed me. Didn't seem to find the world hole from my first run though. EDIT: Here are the images

    The 2018 Kerbal Dakar

I've tried Stage 1 twice now, both times my vehicle has gone through the world at different points and exploded. Unsure of what to do, game is almost completely stock.

    KWRC Craft Submissions

@OrbitalBuzzsaw Well, I was meaning in place of that car, not on top of it. And I would love to help out.

Alrighty. I may submit a different craft before then, so stay tuned. I wanted to submit something and try to get more attention here.

That's my entry. Solar/fuel cell powered buggy with twin Junos.

Official Kerbal Dakar 2017 results thread

As a precursor, like stated in the discussion thread, there was a bug with the times on my run. I will assure you that the race was done in one run, with one rover and no quicksaves. The only "saving" I did was going to the space center after each stage completion. That being said, here's my entry. The Dagger: Solar/Fuel Cell powered buggy with two Juno engines. The RCS is because it tends to nosedive on jumps. Two thrusters at the back keep it somewhat level when getting airtime. Album link, since I only realised that we were supposed to leave all screenshots here... Imgur Album Link Total Time: 02:07:11

The Kerbal Dakar 2017 entry vehicles thread

Alright, before I flip my table. I reached finished stage five and went to the Space Center, came back and my MET was reset. Doesn't effect my times persay, but I just wanna ask and make sure my entry is still acceptable considering it goes from the MET being at 4 hours and something to a minute. Apologies for the double post.
