  1. It should be a "Break it, you buy it" system for first time buying it.
  2. I foresee crashing into that while preforming orbital maneuvers many many times.
  3. Yes but that was only in the LF&O tanks, where there are two fuels. I was talking about a tank that can hold every type of fuel.
  4. I assume that Squad has already thought about this, because there are modules for both small and large sizes. If they keep up this trend, they should implement one for every size. We need tiny and extra large S.A.S modules for our tiny and extra large craft. If tiny S.A.S module(s) are implemented, people will be able to conceal S.A.S modules in wings, cavities, or use them in small rovers. If extra large S.A.S modules are implemented, people could stabilize lower stages of extra large rockets seemlessly.
  5. There should be an engine nacelle-like part for seemless Mk2 and Mk3 crafts. They should abide by the same rules as the Mk1/Small/1.25 meter engine nacelle and radial engine body. That would mean having the capability of intake air, and also a small fuel reserve.
  6. Kerbals don't have the power of clairvoyance... This should be a difficulty setting in the difficulty menu, possibly restricted to custom or easy difficulties.
  7. I mean not much increase in usefulness compared to size. But then again, Science is supposed to progress right? Things get better later in the science tree, if they didn't, what is the point of Science?
  8. I was just being a wise A.S.S (I made a mechjeb funny) No one in their right mind would ever want to complicate KSP. Quick-Saving is a part of KSP ingrained into everyone's mind. It is a very useful resource in almost every circumstance. Only Klingons would like to make a game harder, just like they would tear their legs off in a combat situation, just to make the battle more challenging.
  9. I suggest making a tank of every size (tiny, small, mk2, mk3, radial mounted ect) that can contain every type of fuel (monopropellant, xenon, oxidizer ect) in various combinations ot at once. These parts would have a total capacity in which you could use tweakables to scale the fuel amounts up and down. For example, a small fuel tank may have a capacity of 100. You may put in 40 liquid fuel points, 50 oxidizer points, and 10 xenon points into it for your hybrid glider. Would this work at all? Or would it be too complicated or limited by the engine? (Disclaimer: Yes I know, different fuels have different densities, and I know that different fuels will be overpowered and underpowered in the tanks, such as monopropellant because of its high value. For example, a tiny tank of monopropellant contains fifty points, where a similar size xenon tank holds 700. The developers could work around that problem by making different fuels take up different capacities in a total capacity number. There may be crazy decimals so they may round it off to the nearest tenth or something. It may work though.)
  10. Oh man. These ideas are great. We all want our crafts to look nice and be functional... Right?
  11. What about with the new difficulty settings, where you can't quicksave?
  12. I assume Jebediah is an exception to these rules because he has the "badas" flag?
  13. I would recommend using the shock nose cone instead of the circular nose cone. Even better, switch out the inline cockpit for the regular, and replace the intakes with radial intakes.
