      It's more or less an anglicization of my real name. 

      Thanks for your kind words but I've been retired from moderating for some time now. The other fellows are certainly doing a great job keeping the place friendly.

    Earlier today, I realized that it has been four months since my last violation of Forum rule 2.2 - the forbidden content rule. Now before any of you jump up and wonder, I will tell you that I love the art of political discourse. I also have a tendency to jump into a politically baited thread with both feet... which is clearly a violation of Forum Rule 2.2 (and this is why I have received four warnings from various moderators about such comments).

    Well, today I was able to NOT take a swing at a low-hanging pitch begging for political commentary... and in celebration of that accomplishment, I present you the newest element of my signature:

    20210125: During a signature update, I decided to share with those interested the exact forum rule that gave me the most headaches. I redid the image:

    @Red Iron Crown, i think i know how the issue of being logged out occors google account will log me out on mobile but not on PC i hope that is helpful (ive been experiencing the log-out issue since i got a google account)

      As I understand it the "stay logged in" feature is tied to a cookie. If you have cookies turned off that might cause log outs. If you are using some password manager (google or otherwise) then I can't really say, it will depend how that software works.

      Site login is not linked to your Google account, I'm not sure how that would affect it.

    Regarding Snark's challenge: They also tend to state upfront that it requires a mod, or mod have benefits. Do people nowadays prefer to be crooked instead of being upfront and honest?

    Don't want to post it over there since you may take it the wrong way.

      It's amusing to me that a couple of people have, rather than complaining that the challenge is impossible without mods, gone ahead and done it without mods within the rules.

      I'm not sure I understand your objection, honestly. The challenge doesn't claim to be stock, and the Smartparts thing is clearly denoted in the rules.

      I've used that technique too, but in this case there were just so many struts connected to so many different things (many of which were somewhat precisely placed) that it was just impractical.

      Oh one other thing I should mention: If you try building something similar (or just messing with my craft), it is very useful to increase the length limits on struts for some of the longer rigging lines. IIRC I changed maxLength in the strut cfg from 10 to 100.

      Craft file. Please be gentle, it's nowhere near the quality of your stuff and barely functions as an actual craft (you might find its propulsion system amusing though). It was also made using Ven's Stock Revamp in 1.0.5, so I'm not even sure if it works anymore or if it will even load now.

      I was working on another version with more accurate rigging but got distracted from it, then accidentally lost the craft file. :/ Pic:
