Hey guys. So, I have a few, all be it radical, ideas that I want your opinions on. I have, under curtain I... The basic premise is to have this in false geosync orbit (2,868.75 km) directly above the city, and have other ships and stations placed around it using kerbtown's editor. I am also working on a space tether/ station combo that would be placed somewhere in kerbal city, with the main station. the stations extreme width is 640 m, and I plan on having numerous vehicle launch points. -

Actually, most of the work is done. The Romfarer Weapon Systems mod's missiles have a blast radius and an effect. You just need to scale the blast and replace the effect with a mushroom cloud. -
It might be that Kerbin's "true" lowest point is below the point at which the game interprets it... maybe taking a look at the games code could help???

Yeah first rule of cable and hook landings is to throttle up as soon as you hit the deck, that way you'll have enough energy to get airborne.

Check your plugin folder for Vangaurd dll files... I think it may be a conflict of versions... -

No, the sub-folders are inside the VNG folder. -

I am unable to deploy the parachutes using either of the 2 methods. I have the default parachute plug, the vanguard plug, and the parachute mod, and have re-implemented the mod twice. Could it be a compatibility problem? -

I am working on a 500-1000 m space carrier, as well as a line of EEPs for quick and (roughly) safe evacuation from spacecraft-in-distress in outer atmosphere. ////////I am in desperate need of people to help me get the models from their raw state to the game as a final product//////// I am looking for anyone with experience, and would greatly appreciate any help or advice.
