Death Star is not theirs. They build triangles, it's a sphere. They just found it. Does the light sabre beam reflect in a mirror? -
Big Ban!!! The universe is reset.

Floor 4734: Succubus has shown to us that there is nothing special in the living floors. Just sinners.

Granted. You keep trying to aim with the gun sight, shifted a half-meter to the right-down. I wish for the Fallout junkthrower, which is able to shoot with small monsters,

An orange on the green doesn't feel blues, because it's a replacement of the McDonald's after its retiring. When the orange are green, what color is orange? -
Using prexclamation mark is cheating.

totm apr 2024 Voyager 1 in critical condition
kerbiloid replied to Minmus Taster's topic in Science & Spaceflight
So, NASA and Voyager are exchanging with videocassettes, sending them to each other? Makes sense. -
A usual practice in the most poor and cold regions of pre/early-XX Russia was to hang a cow in late winter to the ceiling by belly on the horse tugs, to make it stand and prevent its fall, and let it last till the coming spring. It's a ready-to-use methodics of the 0.38 g Martian gravity emulation, to study the long leg bones osteoporosis in low-g conditions. It's amusing, how the illiterate peasants were foreseeing the future expansion to Mars!
-
Is being done for centuries. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Osteoporosis#Potentially_modifiable The bedridden patients and low-mobility people suffer from it even at 1 g. P.S. It's a remedy! The Martians should be fat and heavy! The potato diet is excellent for Mars. 0.4 g means 200 kg of normal body mass for a Martian. For Mars!!

Low weight = low pressure = low stress = low need in calcium

The "cat-in-the-middle" architecture. -
Granted. You saw it. I wish for OmniFallout game, which combines all Fallout versions in one, like when I was playing New Vegas with Fallout 3 attached by the mod. (A hatch appears near the Poseidon Gas Station, you get in, and then get out from another hatch near the highway close to the Springvale School. And back again.)

Mars Sample Return discussion thread
kerbiloid replied to Minmus Taster's topic in Science & Spaceflight
Personally I see no connection between the MSR and the crewed missions. The ability to deliver ground absolutely doesn't mean ability to fly there and back again, due to absolutely different scale of problem. While a crewed mission could collect, sort, and study in situ as much ground specimens, as a whole century of rare MSR missions. Absence of the traces of life at one place, tells nothing about its presence at others. Thus, doesn't give a green light for the crewed missions anyway. At the same time, a crewed lander is not an injection of virus, which would immediately start spreading around and occupying the planet. -

Banned for thinking that I know English.

Low-g increases the decalcification of bones rate. On the other hand, in low-g they need the hip joints much less. In zero-g - almost never.
