Alright, I took a look at the Science Containers mod you pointed out to me in my AGX thread and I'm not sure what you are asking for.
You ask for an "All Data / Rerunnable" action but looking at the mod (Dmagic's 0.8.3 fixed version for KSP 1.0.5) there is already actions to Collect data and Toggle Auto-Collect of data.
Could you clarify a bit please?
I did confirm that the other action to Clean the Science Lab is already present in ModActions

sorry I was not looking at the KSP forums since they changed everything. The mod basically adds a science container module to all command parts and adds (among others) a right-click menu option to toggle the auto collect. The standard is set to off, therefore I wanted an action group action to switch this to on, so I could set that to toggle=on the staging for example, so I dont always forget to click through that menu item. I have not seen dmagics version, I think mine is by sir dargon, so I need to check for that actually. For now I somewhat stopped playing KSP while waiting for unity 5 - so I dont have to reboot to linux everytime I want to play it - the mods you know
