  1. Well sometimes i use them to get out of a planets SOI to go back to kerbin!
  2. Going live(P.s Trying to fix my sleeping schedule! That means a really long stream!)
  3. GO STOCK! If the devs make parts for the game and claim that they are "Official Mods" Whats the difference than in game parts? Other than making it harder to get them .
  4. @Rainbow-Dashie HaHa. I think that's what most of us were thinking.
  5. Its most likely the last OS from Microsoft. <-- Proof. Why not learn something new? For instance Linux Has So much more diversity than windows.(Kinda like how the windows phone&Apple Have nothing on android. p.s Android is apart of Linux!!!) Also one downside is some distributions take more skill than others. I would say the hardest part switching to Linux is finding the "Perfect" Distribution for you. P.s Here are some linux distributions. https://goo.gl/r9WiRd
  6. On the transfer stage I like the removable fuel tanks!
  7. This will help if you want a SSD for KSP. https://goo.gl/kSW23x
  8. In his case it sounds like he is trying to use a old/slow small storage SSD so if anything he will get +1 second to his load time. It wont increase his fps in game all it will do is load the game a small amount faster and since its a old/slow ssd the increase will most likely be unnoticeable. And the SSD he has is pointless to install its like 4Gb. @boxman
  9. SSD's load things. It will increase the speed of loading of the game. Some people put their OS on it to load/copy files faster. Also you might want to look into the speed of them. As it sounds yours are Old/Outdated/Slow. I wouldn’t think that it would increase it by much. If your looking to increase your fps or mods your going to want to get about 4+ ram. Currently the game is stuck at 32-bit and you can use more than 4gb ram(more like 3.6gb ram.) Unless you use mods/addon's to get 64-bit and once you do that you can use 8gb+ so for now if you dont use 64-bit tweaks you only need 4Gb Ram. Cpu I use a Intel i5-3330 3.00GHz and only crashes i have had are on the ram(I have 8gb but i crash at 3.6Gb due to 32-bit restrictions.) Cpu cores can help here is what you should look for. Intel i3, i5 or i7 3.00Ghz or 3.4Ghz single core Gpu Ksp is not very gpu intensive i have been told not to sure never been able to test it i know ksp runs really nice with a Nvidia Gtx 660.
  10. If you are using steam, and its a game file NOT a save file you can Verify Integrity Of Game Cache To install missing/removed game files. You can do this by going into steam. Then find the game ksp. Right click it and head to the tab named local files. Click on the option named Verify Integrity Of Game Cache it may take a while. If its a Save File you can generate a new game save and copy over the new Physics.cfg file. Also as flower child did install something like notepad ++ and open your Physics.cfg and tweak the settings to your liking.
  11. The selection to chose part clipping says bug hazard. This shouldn’t be a question. Solutions *Stop using part clipping. *Try your luck with Kerbal Joint Reinforcement
  12. I like it. Speaking of size when the falcon 9 disintegrated the other day byefore launch the said it was like 12 ft in diameter thats the size of my wall! Rockets are huge.
  13. I have discovered its somthing inside the game save. If i copy the persistent.sfs over to a new save it messes the tech tree up. What im gonna do now is go through the file and look for differences. - - - Updated - - - haha. Fixed it. On the career setting it said: GameData\ModuleManager.TechTree The new clean install said: GameData/Squad/Resources/TechTree.cfg It must of been when i uninstalled the mods.
  14. Alright, My save got corrupted and i only use mechjeb and kerbal engineer. So at first i couldn't click on the buildings(Vab,Sph,Mc,R&D, ETC.) And i got my save back and the only thing i have broken now is the R&D. If you need any logs or such things just ask. All help is appreciated.
  15. In august the HTV will be launched to the ISS.
  16. Wish Granted. You are given a potion of motivation with a dash of a ruffie. I wish i had 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000.01 USD.
  17. What you are saying is about the equivalent of saying if we launch up 2 astronauts and we take 2 down and upon reentry they burn up but since we sent the main payload up its a success. And keep in mind today the dragon was supposed to bring back experiments from the ISS so if it crashed on landing it would still be a success even though research was lost? - - - Updated - - - Its not bad taste, And personally i would like to see how to put the 9 engines on the first stage!
