Yes, and an old one, you'll have to invert such surfaces if you want to keep the sweep.

FAR has a history of creating threads like this. Check if you have roll assist\wing leveler on in the FAR gui in flight.

    I use the stick myself.
First off all, you do need to invert the thrust axis, and I don't understand why you don't like the idea.
Second, problem with 0-100 ranging is usually fixed by standard Windows joystick calibration tools, you can google those easily. Also, making sure that you have zero deadzone and standard 1.0 sensitivity for thrust axis in KSP input settings may help.

You could just post the logs in AA's topic and not create a new one.
You're using vessel name, that contains unicode symbols and quotation marks. AA is indeed not carefull enough and crashes the game, but you have lots of stock errors happening too because of that. Avoid non-English and special symbols in vessel names.
    For AA, use https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/23572905/KSP_Mods/AtmosphereAutopilot/AtmosphereAutopilot_1.5.6.zip ,
it should not crash, but the core of the problem is your vessel names, you'll be in trouble if you keep using those.
